As always Cowin did not disappoint. For some odd reason the headphone I received were, what looked like, a return that was mistakenly put in my box. Cowin sent a new pair and apologized for the issue. So now we have 6 pairs of head phones in the family, SE7, HE1, 2 H7s and 2 KY02. Absolutely love them. Battery life is great, easy to pair with all bluetooth transmitters, and people can accually hear you in a phone call.
I like the ANC on my SE7s my only complaint is the location of the 3.5mm plug. It is not easy to get inserted while wearing them.

Excellent customer service.

Honour warranties and supply replacements promptly.

I had repeated, patient and helpful tech support from Cowin staff as I learned how my new headphones 🎧 worked on my television. I’m really old so explanations were necessary.

I've bought 3 different products (headsets and earbuds) from COWIN. I am very happy with all three. Quality is fantastic! Prices are hard to beat! The service was awesome!

great sound for price. would be 5 but as others stated it falls off your head. I think its a weight issue.

They are working great. I didn't think I would ever get wireless headphones that would work with my new tv. These headphones work great.

My 2nd pair, you may wonder why do I need another pair? I’ve own my first pair over a year+.
They have been dropped, sat on, spilled upon, and yet, they work and are still as comfortable as day 1. They are in use every day, from late nite movies, to sessions in the studio, and guitar late nite inspiration.
These are built well, sound great, wireless/Bluetooth has worked flawlessly, and their cost, imop they have the best “cans” at double the price range. Hard to beat.

I bought a wireless headphone costed over $75.00. It did not work (wireless or wire-hookup) less than 4 months. I called the customer no-service phone line 3 times. They did not return my call. I sent email from their website 2 times. Again, they ignored them and never returned any message to me.
So, I better use my time to look for another headphone instead of wasting my time to try to communicate with this company.
Please, ladies & gentlemen, never do business with them. They take you for a ride!

I would have given these headphones five stars. For the price they were awesome sounding when I talked on the phone people could not hear anything in the background the sound was like they were right in the room with me I am up all night kind of person so being able to watch television and not wake up the family was important and the sounded like I was in the movie theater The sound was so clear even my husband was impressed and he's hard to impree. then that fateful day came when I went to turn on my headphones and the little turn on and off button fell inside the headset everything else on the headset is beautifully made the stitching on the cushions from the way the adjusting works but that one little flaw this cheap little piece of plastic not even a millimeter big that after a couple of months of on off Bluetooth it just decided to plunge deep into the headset so this will be my first review I am going to call them now I bought them off of Amazon Amazon's time. Is over on the only do a couple of months since it wasn't bought through Amazon but Amazon has been monitoring what will happen so I am going to call the company and see what they plan on doing I want a new set and they better not ghost me cuz I am the wrong witch to ghost. Will come back with a final review and let you know how their customer service is handling things during a pandemic.

Not as good as a bose. Do not waste your money. Didn't not stop any sound. Couldn't tell it was on. The fit was too loose

They told me that they'll replace my defective headset. They asked for my address and ghosted me ! I don't know what they did with my personal data. They're scammers !

I bought the cowin se7 anc Bluetooth headphones thru amazon & after a month they stopped charging. I sent in email to customer service on Saturday & by Sunday I had a response that included a link & code for a replacement pair of headphones thru amazon! I had apparently bought the headphones thru a 3rd party so they were unable to even confirm my purchase but STILL honored their warranty. I already used the code & my headphones are on their way to me at no cost. I am beyond happy & grateful for their unbelievable customer service! They have a customer for life! In comparison I bought a pair of beats for 3x the price ($400) & they broke just days later & Apple said I’d have to pay $347 for a replacement pair! I also wasn’t able to buy the insurance thru Best Buy where I bought them bc Apple doesn’t allow anyone else to fix their products. And in all honesty the cowin headphones work so much better than the beats ever did & look great!

I purchased their E7 Pro and SE7 Headphone. Absolutely love them. Best for traveling. I travel at least 2-3 times every 3 months, always bring it on my flight. I had an issue with the bluetooth connection. Their customer service name Evelyn is the best. She helped me troubleshoot my headphones and reset the bluetooth. Now I am good to go again.

Headphones Cowin E7 broken and support didn't even anwser after 3 emails. Bought from official website, worse experience ever.
