Sad, sad little company. The highly accurate review left by Daniel Glover is exactly what I’ve seen for myself. Engage with these people at your peril.

I give this company a 1 star because the only thing they did well was install my panels, other than that it was atrocious.

a sales Rep came round with a pitch full of lies. may 28th 2025.

He told me I would have 8 panels on the front, 4 on the back maximizing my roof space. LIE
He told me all the info of energy generated based on this info. All False.
He told me AI would monitor my system, decide when to buy energy when to sell to maximise profits. LIE, i have to do all that myself.
He told me i would get my £500 Holding Fee back on the Day of Installation. LIE, i did not get it till 2 weeks after.
He told me my system would be monitored 24/7 and any issues would be sorted immediately. LIE, the system is constantly disconnecting. When i asked for help i was told to sort it out myself.
He told me that on the day of installation they would talk me through how to get setup with octopus and start making money straight away. LIE, i was not fully setup till 3 months after having missed the best summer we've had.

So the day before installation, I called creativ to check in. They told me i was only getting 11 panels instead of 12. all the data i had been given was incorrect, all the contracts I signed were now being scrapped. as an incentive they offered to upgrade my panels from 450w to 460w for "free". and said they would still try and fit 12 panels if they could.
Installation day comes and they fit 11 on the front and none on the back. the installers left all there rubbish and the spare panel, which after nearly 2 months i had to clear myself.
Now they would not tell me my new monthly payments until id signed the contract. reluctantly after 3 days of being at a stalemate, I signed the contract. although i was missing 1 panel and my system was 6.3% smaller, my monthly payments only dropped by 1.6%. This was about £1 a month. each panel was £1 a month, and half my roof has no panels! for £5 a month i could've increased my energy production by 50%!! if i knew half my roof wouldn't have panels i would have never agreed to it.

Just to state from 2 weeks of the rep coming round and me agreeing to the lies, I had panels on my roof and they've taken my money. that was the only thing done quickly.

As promised, i asked how i get setup with octopus on installation day. they told me it would take 21 working days to generate The Mpan MCS FIT....
28 days passed before i got all of this info. I then submit to Octopus. We are now at the 23rd of July.

Now Creativ told me i do not need a smart meter as the app records everything. I still needed a smart meter. this took an additional month. by the 10th of august I was up and running ready for the winter, now I'm getting shafted on, Electricity, and the Solar costs, and I made about £15 that summer to even it out.

They left the scaffolding up outside my house for 3 weeks, all the rubbish and spare panel was left for me to dispose of.

What at first seemed like a really exciting prospect turned into the worst financial decision i have ever made. At first i was excited to recommend everyone on my street with a £200 gift for me and them if they got panels. Now, i would not recommend this company to anyone if you gave me £10,000. I don't know what other companies are like but if you want solar panels STAY CLEAR OF CREATIV UK!!!
