Credit Captain: the Titanic of Credit Services
I signed up for Creditcaptain thinking it was a solid concept. It isn’t. It’s a scam in a polished wrapper.
From the start, their app wouldn’t even let me upload my documents to verify identity. Every time I contacted support, the answer was the same: “We’re having issues with verification” or “There’s a problem with the app.” Meanwhile, my payments went through without a single “issue.” Three months of paying for absolutely nothing.
When I finally tried to cancel, it turned into a circus. I was passed around from rep to rep, each one asking the same canned questions, pushing me to stay, ignoring every clear “no” I gave. I asked for my account to be deactivated and a refund. Two weeks later? They tried to charge me again.
The refund process was just as shady. First, they claimed it was processed. Then they said there was an error. Then it was “processing again.” Weeks later, still nothing. Excuse after excuse, never any resolution.
So let’s call it what it is: Creditcaptain is a bait-and-switch. They take your money, stall you with “technical issues,” trap you in cancellation loops, and string you along with fake refund promises. The only thing that works flawlessly is their billing system.
Save yourself the frustration.
Creditcaptain doesn’t fix credit, it fixes nothing. It drains your wallet, wastes your time, and leaves you worse off than when you started.

Impossible to cancel an get refund
I kept getting asked questions in response of asking to cancel my account and get a refund.
They keep giving a run around and asking random questions and pretending not to understand.
Am I going to have to call my credit card to make a dispute??

SCAM/FRAUD WEBSITE
As someone who's been constantly in support and giving bad reviews because there is no support team to this website. Numerous times they try charging me even when I canceled and Banks dont trust them glad for my banks fraud alerts. Still waiting for my refund and its been weeks. No matter who from the company talks to you or gives replies here, all of it is fake and just want to eye please. Will be putting in a Fraud investigation on this company.

Really difficult to cancel services
Really difficult to cancel services - feel scammy. Support takes a really long time via chat to respond and after over an hour, says that they have to transfer me to another department. I fear that I am being scammed - be really careful with them.

So I’ve been working towards repairing my credit and of course the ad came up so I checked multiple websites for its reviews and at the time I didn’t notice but after having it for a month and paying 129 for the pro-plan I did not get anything but money taken from me no progress report nothing updates nothing it doesn’t even show me my own credit score before and even some progress and it’s such a mid-leading company they advertise that you’ll get automatically approved for these high limit credit cards but NOOOO IT WILL ONLY REPORT THAT YOU HAVE THE CARD BUT YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY GET THE CARD,…but you have to pay to get approved for these invisible cards to report Not only that but I never even was able to get one update from them so WoW just got me for 129
