First order went thru ok but right after it was charged to my credit card it was refunded. Phone conversation yielded "I don't what happened". Getting shipping info was a disaster. First you didn't recognize,my order number and then I didn't get a 48 hour status message. Then couldn't track it. I won't do business with you again. Hope the actual boards are better than my experience.

Avoid at all costs! Their service is terrible, and their support team is completely unhelpful. I experienced major business losses due to their mishandling of a domain transfer, and their support was non-existent when I needed urgent assistance. I still have not received the product I…
I still have not received the product I ordered on the 20th of Jan. As of Jan 31st tracking info placed the item in Cleveland, Oh ... a mere 30 miles from me then on the morning of Feb 1st the package was in Lorain, Ohio, a mere 17 miles from me. I checked again today and as of 8am on Feb third it now shows that the package is in Jefferson, Ohio about 150 miles from me. As I said, two weeks since I ordered the product and nothing to show for it. I would say that this has NOT been a pleasurable experience thus far.

Your cloning software does not…
Your cloning software does not work......Comes up with need at one Crucial hard drive installed. Can't get rid of it. I used your drives and software for all my computers and never this kind of issue. Update your software.

Inaccurate and Antiquated poor customer service
First the scanner the website provides doesn’t work. I then had to enter all my computer information and the information about my pc came back inaccurate. The parts they claimed were compatible were not. I called their support number at least 8 times 4 times the person claimed not to be able to hear me, yet on a couple of other calls they could hear just fine. One rep tried to inform me that the parts were fine and that my pc didn’t need a heat sink despite specific instructions inside the tower said a heat sink was required. The support phone number that wasn’t an 800 number wasn’t even active. Overall the customer support was inept and difficult to understand and the website was useless and antiquated. It hasn’t changed since I used the site years ago to order RAM for my old pc.
