Added bed to basket. Told there was 1 left in stock so purchased it. Website immediately changed to say bed now out of stock. Then received email being told bed was not in stock after all - no refund... Ver mais

The experience with Cuckooland.com has been probably the best I’ve ever had. Our midsleeper bunk bed is brilliant quality. Especially loving the stair storage and the design is perfect for our daughter. She loves the play space / desk underneath and can’t wait to show it off to her friends. Communication and delivery has been seemless. Our new favourite place to shop. Five stars.

Excellent Bed Retailer!
Bought a low bunk bed from Cuckooland. So impressed! Fast, free delivery and really good quality bed. Also easy to assemble and no parts missing as has happened with other bed retailers before. Would highly recommend!

Great product & Customer Service
Our daughter loves her new nest bed! Easy to follow instructions and the bed looks great! We had a small issue with a missing part but Customer Services, particularly Leah West sorted everything out very quickly and efficiently- in fact it was easy to speak to a real person and Leah kept us updated at every step.

They will take your miney and deliver nothing
Terrible company to deal with, avoid at all costs. We were due our 4 year olds matress today so sorted room out, removed old bed and matress, built new bed ready and then no sign of the delivery as arranged. When I went back onnto check delivery again they have rescheduled for 2 weeks time without informing me. So beacause of this useless so called company ive lost a day at work and now need to spend another day searching for a shop with a matress in stock that i can collect so my daughter has a bed to sleep in. Ill never use this website again.

We are saddened to see your review. We of course never wish for our customers to feel this way and it is unfortunate that you have left this review before we have attempted to resolve this.
Since your review, a member of the customer service team has investigated this and we can confirm that the courier had sent you an SMS with a proposed delivery date of 01.11.23. Due to no response being received from you to confirm the delivery date, your order was removed from the delivery schedule and has now been put back into the planning stage which is why you have received a new date. Please note that the SMS clearly states the need for your confirmation to proceed with the delivery. We have been in touch with you directly today to explain this and we have also offered you a new delivery date which still falls within the 2-4 week delivery lead time as specified on our website and in your order confirmation. We would of course like to ensure a positive resolution for you and hope that you can accept this date.

A website full of treasures! I could have bought the whole website, their products are great and scream good quality. Easy to order, good prices and great service. It's hard to find a negative.

Exceptional doesn't quite cut it!
I have bought from cuckooland on a couple of occasions now and they never fail to provide amazing service and their products are pretty good too!
I have had communications with a couple of the women in their customer service team and can't fault their professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service.
I will keep coming back to cuckooland again and again! My favourite online store!

Fantastic bed and Excellent service
We bought the kids House Cabin bed for my daughter - it’s been a fantastic bed, really well made, solid and looked great in her bedroom. We’ve been just so pleased with it and the service we have received. Been worth every penny! Thank you :))

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this company! I ordered the grey modular sofa/day bed which came in a couple of days as advised. I didn’t open the box as I was going on holiday but when I came home 2 weeks later, I opened the box, to find that 3 of the seat cushions were missing. I contacted customer services straightaway and even though it had been over 2 weeks since delivery.. they were so very helpful and swift at dealing with the problem. Within days I had 3 new seat cushions delivered without any hassle what so ever. I would highly recommend them 🤩

Very helpful customer sevice / ordering
We phoned to make an enquiry. A very helpful customer service assistant answered all of our questions and helped us to order the bed we wanted. It arrived on time and our daughter loves it!
