Great Customer Service
I ordered a beautiful patio set from Cuckooland for my birthday lunch. The delivery date ended up being the day of the party and I initially couldn't arrange an earlier date but Leah West, Customer Service Team Leader, went above and beyond to get it delivered the day before. The set is fabulous and was a big hit on the day.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I have just received fantastic customer service from Leah at Cuckooland. I raised an issue at 6pm and was contacted by 10am the following morning. Leah was empathetic, friendly and resolved the issue super quickly, nothing was too much trouble and I’m now looking forward to the delivery of my daughter’s new bed.

Quicker delivery than I expected and was also kept up to date with ETA. Lots of variety on the website. Would recommend.

Great experience with Cuckooland
We purchased two Oliver’s Furniture beds which were perfectly assembled by George. He was so friendly and diligent and the beds look amazing. Our kids are so happy with them. Would definitely recommend Cuckooland.

Excellent customer service
I ordered three wooden stools from Cuckooland. Unfortunately one was only in stock and I was was contacted by customer service to let me know this soon after purchasing. They arranged for the two other stools to be delivered at a later date. Their customer service team were extremely helpful and kept me updated as to when the stools would be delivered. It’s always a nice touch when you deal with a company that cares about their customers.
The stool were of excellent quality and were exactly as described. I would highly recommend shopping at Cuckooland.

A truly lovely company
A truly lovely company! I bought a bed from them 6+ months ago but didn't open it immediately due to family illness. When we finally opened it there was minor damage to one of the boards. Although I was outside the time limit, they very kindly sent a replacement part to me at no extra charge.
Lovely company, fabulous service; and they kept me updated throughout the process - thank you so much!

Second to None!
Over the last year, I have purchased an amazing bed and super cute wooden toys for my grandson from Cuckooland and can only say great things about it. The customer service is second to none, the products are all of the highest quality, so beautiful and loved.

Brilliant Customer Services …
The delivery company couldn't deliver my item when required, however I contacted the customer service and Leah was absolutely brilliant and got the delivery rescheduled for the requested date. Absolutely brilliant service with the issue sorted out in less than 24 hours.
