INCREDIBLE customer service
We had a small problem with one part of the bed we ordered, I contacted customer sevices - (a lovely colleague called Leah) who resolved the issue so quickly, sent out the new part immediately, check in at every stage and made sure we were happy, some of the best customer service I’ve received in Years.

Customers are at the heart of this business
From the get go customer service was visible, efficient and personable. Ordered product to later find colour selected not available. This was handled proactively and at all times felt assured that the company would do what they said they were going to do. I really value this. The product looks like it is gorgeous too.

Great quality high sleeper set
We purchased a high sleeper bed with a desk and corner sofa for our son - he's had a few sleepovers with his cousin as the corner sofa converts to a single bed and it works really well. We're very pleased with it, the quality was great and we were well informed on delivery times.

Amazing service
Amazing service! Orders the vintage Vox cot bed and draw set. The draws originally came with a small fault and items missing however I cannot fault the customer service team in replacing these parts quickly and efficiently, being heavily pregnant it means the world when there is no added stress. Definitely would order from them again!!

Delays on Delays and no Communication.
Delays on Delays and no Communication.
I ordered my products almost 4 weeks ago now, and when I ordered it was communicated that this should take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
It's taken me to chase and email to then be told that there will now be a further delay of at least 14 days.
In short, don't waste your time with this business, quite disorganised, poor comms and months will pass before you receive your products.
