This is about customer service not castle vale.
People need to stop using this shit company. Never have I come across a more incompetent bunch of morons. Their customer service team based in india has said I cant get a copy of call recordings which goes against gdpr laws. useless. They have no complaints team or anything

Still waiting for my item. I could have just picked it from a chemist or an alternative store. It was an urgent requirement. Curry’s asking for feedback before they even processed the item. These days when companies let you down. Just help yourself within their stores and happy days if you the staff !

Went to buy a tablet from Argos because it was cheaper
But went into Currys to have a look and see if they would price match it as we usually get are electricles from currys,
They agreed to price match so I walked out with a cheaper tablet from my favourite shop👍

it was so easy and quick to order my new tumble dryer,and the customer service was very good.

Delivery for a large fridge freezer is an absolute joke , ordered a large fridge freezer booked a convenient time for yesterday , delivery turned up said they couldn't get it in the house due to the size ,if we want them to take the door off would have to contact curries,said they were happy to come back same day if we do that . Telephone curries who tell us delivery has been cancelled,husband then goes into the store straight after and we are told we could get it delivered Tuesday they would call today to confirm ,no phone call ,now hubbie is in currently in the store being told some nonsense about depot cant deliver it tomorrow it's too late to arrange ,earliest is a Wednesday which is not convenient so now have to wait to Friday .I have told hubbie to cancel the purchase and we will go else where ,curries what a joke ,I will never buy a large purchase which needs to be delivered off them ever again ,go else where don't spend £800 on a fridge freezer and then get treated like dirt .

From start to finsh it was easy to order you goods and the delivery guys were really good .

I needed a new washer dryer, but was not sure if Curry’s would deliver to my 1st floor maisonette. I popped into the Castle Vale branch to ask the question, and was very lucky to discover the exact model of washer dryer I’d been looking at had been reduced to half price. It was the shop floor display model. In this day and age of online purchases it’s worth remembering that this sort of bargain only exists in physical stores. Use them or lose them. I bought it on the spot, and the delivery guys brought it yesterday, with no complaints about the stairs. I’m very pleased I called into the store on that particular day.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at Currys. After experiencing an issue with my AOC monitor, I raised a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer, AOC.AOC officially approved a commercial credit note for my unit and issued AOC Ticket NumberThey explicitly instructed me to take this ticket number to Currys so that Currys could issue my credit or refund and claim the cost back from AOC directly.However, when I visited my local Currys store to process this, the store staff flatly refused to honour the manufacturer's official credit authorization. This is completely unacceptable. The manufacturer has already agreed to cover the cost, yet Currys is blocking my refund and leaving me stranded.I expect Currys management to look into this urgently, contact me, and honour this valid manufacturer credit note immediately.

Raj( castle vale store) was very good at customer service. Took the time to check price match I had found. Gave free odour cancelling tablets and tumble dryer balls. The transaction was problem free and didn't take very long.
