I have a Currys account so ordering online made this easier, opted for store collection, was notified that printer was ready to pick up around 2 days later. Within half an hour of receiving the notification I drove to my local Bolton store, was seen by the young member of staff at the collection point within 4 minutes, he couldn't find my Canon TS705a printer and had to go to the storeroom to collect it, I have had many long waits and problems at this collection point and whilst not a too long wait on this occasion still not straightforward. I do avoid purchasing from Currys whenever possible because of the messing about and long waits, but must admit that sometimes their deals are excellent so really have no choice but to go their.

Ordering online was simple - even for this OAP and collection from a local store was easy peasy.

Very relaxed atmosphere and excellent service 👌 we left with exactly what we wanted 😀 the staff were very helpful and polite 10 out of 10 👏

Straight forward and speedy in-store collection procedure.
Store assistant helped to load into my car.

Delivery was good the men who delivered were polite and respectful towards my home.

Went into Curry’s to purchase an Apple iPad and was helped with my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and every question I asked I was given an answer. Thank you

I went into the store wanting to buy a new TV. Started to talk to 2 men. One was obviously training about what I wanted. Another member of staff turned up being smug. Saying shame you weren't here 10 mins ago as just sold this TV off the shelf. The 2 guys walked off and had to ask for them to come back. 15 mins as they went to fetch a washing machine. Wasn't interested with me
At the till the trainer tool control and said put thus through as your name but no interaction with the staff member. In fact let him go on till for a cash transaction.

When bought TV the guy who interrupted the conversation walked back with him put his arm round him looking smug. Not a good impression

Easy to locate stock on website ordered before store opened and was notified immediately was ready to collect. Staff in the shop served me promptly and were friendly too.

I ordered a fridge today and I would like to say thank you to Josh and Maj. They were great because the told us when the left the place where they collected so we could get ready. The staff, delivery service and the staff were amazing especially Josh and Maj. The fridge is amazing. Thank you Curry's for your excellent service.

Currys delivery service was terrible! Paid for delivery and driver and his chavvy mate who rocked up in a scruffy Transit Luton hire van pulled their faces when we said we would like our new appliance unpacked. Rather than bringing it in to do they just plonked it on the dirty tail lift and unpacked it outside in the rain and left half the polystyrene outside on the road after kicking it under the van. They just literally dumped it, took a quick photo and ran out. Not professional atall

Pawel made my visit to your store a pleasure. I am a pensioner and wanted a simple but inexpensive phone and he explained in detail all about the phones features before I made my decision. A delightful pleasant and well mannered young man - a credit to his parents and the training you gave him.

We weren’t happy about presenting a box to purchase a clearance item only to be told that there was no item to purchase. It had been sold without the box. You should take more care on display housekeeping and if found wanting should honour the sale. Disappointed with the somewhat dismissive approach of staff too. Will not rush back to buy from this store.

Damaged product.
Took over 30 minutes to get staff to deal with the exchange, even after being asked if I needed any help as we entered.
All staff promised to have someone with us in minutes.
Cancelled exchange and took a refund due to this.
Staff only interested in sales.
