Very good service

There was a good selection of tumble driers on display and the store is well laid out, prices are reasonable. It took a while to get a member of staff to come and help me, which is off putting, however when I finally got a staff member she was really helpful and knowledgeable. A shout out to Hurera!!

I knew exactly what I wanted when I went to buy the TV. I can't remember the bloke's name but very well mannered and helpful.

My experience was great because the staff member from currys was fantastic, he's name was rami and he helped me with all my questions and requests, anything i wasn't sure on he would be able to guide me with his knowledge.

Set up if new laptop as appt was not made at purchase time. Took time out and explained everything with great knowledge.

I am amazed that you would sell an oven that does t come with the correct parts to enable it to be fitted.

This is the first time in 30 years I have bought and oven that doesnt come with the electric cable. Therefore, a second shopping trip to Wickes to but more parts.

Ordered tv 4/10 but still no idea when it will arrive. No estimated date. No communication. Website useless to find out information on estimated delivery.
Staff nice enough at store but cannot give me information as to delivery

It took over two hours to sort out my requirements for a new laptop and printer. Also to accept and credit my old laptop & printer. I have to wait 10 days for the ‘help/advice’ appointment for which I had to pay £70.

They telephoned before advising us that they would be with us in about 10/15 minutes. They arrived as estimated and they were polite and friendly. I explained about there could be a little problem and I explained, Terry said don't worry I'll have a look and he said no it was straight forward for them.
He and John worked together efficiently and set the new TV up and explained everything we needed to know.

⭐ 1 STAR — CURRYS: MISLEADING REPAIR SERVICE! ⚠️😡

WARNING TO CUSTOMERS: Don’t assume buying in-store means you’ll get help when something goes wrong!

I bought a Vax vacuum cleaner for £139. It stopped working within a month.

THREE visits to Currys, THREE different explanations, and still no solution!

Currys advertises an in-store repair service and expert advice, yet staff couldn’t even agree on how to arrange a repair. Instead, I was told to contact Vax myself. Nobody answered the phone, and I was warned repairs could take over 28 days, assuming the process even gets started!

I was then offered an ex-display Samsung as an exchange, only to be asked to pay another £139 at the checkout! Absolutely ridiculous.

😞 I’ve also emailed Currys TWICE using the email address they provide on Trustpilot. NO RESPONSE. Please don’t reply to this review asking me to email you again!

Three wasted journeys. Two ignored emails. No repair. No refund. No accountability.

People buy from physical retailers expecting proper after-sales support. My experience has been the exact opposite.

I WANT MY £139 BACK — even as a gift card.

This is an unacceptable waste of time and a complete lack of respect for customers. 😡

Great value project especially with 20% off. Collection in store was a little more chaotic. Jade who served my in the Hove store was excellent but was being harangued by a colleague whilst serving me. Jade was very professional with me and her colleague so 5 stars for Jade.

From online search started 8:15am to purchasing instore. All systems and processes went exceedingly well With helpful sales chap carrying printer to sales counter sorting the sale. Same chap carried from store to my car.
Back home by 9:40am.
All breathtakingly easy.

Placed an order online to collect an air fryer from the Hove store, but they had a complete power failure & wouldn't/couldn't give me my order.
As it's a 20 minute drive to get there, I've cancelled the order.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Made it a pleasant purchase
