I was greeted by a very helpful member of staff who listened to my requirements and found a good value Laptop plus addons to suit my needs

We met a man called Luke and we found him very knowledgeable and was not pushy with the sale , he explained in detail of the TV we were looking for .

Brilliant delivery service from Ian and Mike. Such helpful delivery drivers. I am getting old and have mobility problems. They kindly didnt just carry it up the stairs but unboxed it and screwed the stand on. I was so so grateful. I wish every company had staff like yours. Ordering simple, Delivery guys were esxcellent

Purchased several items and spoke with Alex (computers) in the Colchester store who was extremely helpful and advised us on our purchase and helped us with getting the correct items good for our personal use.
Delivery was organised for next day and was on time.

We collected our item to find we were given the incorrect item. Which was significantly more expensive than the one we ordered. The staff then spent 20 mins discussing and working out where our item was. They then couldn’t find it. Brought one out with a damaged box. This whole process took over 30 mins just to obtain our actual order.

The staff were very friendly helpful and knowledgable.
The store had stock so we were able to purchase and take the goods away with us which was refreshing.

Shame , delivered fridge freezer and paid for door swap round , filled with condensation, called Currys got man around the following week adjusted door and said to keep an eye on it , that evening fills with condensation again , contact Currys lots of formality’s to go thru and told new one will be out the following week , turned up dented !! You couldn’t make this up ! So kept it as I can’t be bothered to waste anymore of my time on this product , paid for super insurance cover , problems are not easy to sort , calls , videos, tx messages and not to mention inconvenience to the customer

Our salesperson Rahul made our sales experience excellent as he had such a wide knowledge of our prospective purchase. He was polite and could not do enough to help us. Please say thank you to him.

Click and collect easy to do. Was able to purchase online using digital gift cards and credit card for balance. Received an email and txt message 2 days later that my item was ready to collect. When I went to store to collect, staff member asked for my name and the item I was collecting and quickly retrieved it. He then asked for last 4 digits of credit card I used and so checked out my item on the Currys system and I received an email with my digital receipt. All easy and staff friendly and polite.
