The staffs at curry are helpful. They were short staffed but the staff on floor are fantastic.

Ordered a Henry cordless Hoover via click & collect. This was ordered to pick up from the crayford store & ordering, collection went smoothly. Within a few minutes of ordering the hoover I received an email to say it was ready for collection.

Arrived at the store & was greeted in a polite and friendly manner by a store member at the till. The hoover was behind the counter ready for collection.

This hoover was a very competitive price (£100 cheaper than Argos) so very pleased with purchase & customer service from Currys. Thank-you 🤩

Very disappointing delivery service

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Currys. My delivery was cancelled without any prior notification or warning. I had made arrangements around the agreed delivery date and was expecting my order to arrive, only to discover that the delivery had been cancelled.

I should not have to chase a company to find out that my delivery is no longer going ahead. At the very least, customers should be notified promptly when there is a change or cancellation.

This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time. I expected much better communication and customer service from a company like Currys.

I hope Currys takes this seriously and improves its communication with customers.

Dave, the meet & greet person at the front door was rude, miserable & completely foul. Apparently this individual is a manager. He has zero customer service skills and is unhelpful & unapproachable! This is a man who clearly hates his job.

Great customer service at the Crayford store yesterday. Priti was fantastic at locating the product I required.

Really happy with the delivery service. The two delivery guys were friendly, professional and really helpful. They delivered my mum’s American fridge freezer and washing machine with care, which wasn’t an easy job with such a large fridge! They took their time, were careful bringing everything into the house and made the whole process stress-free. Great service from start to finish – thank you both!

Great service

In Crayford store, asked a customer service sales person ( who turned out to be duty manager) for a packet of soap powder , he said that they did not sell soap powder. I said that I had been purchasing continually for over 1 year in store. He said he was the stock manager and had been working there for over 20 years and never seen or heard of the product Even after I obtained the product code and showed him all he said was he had never seen it in the store and for me to go up to where the washing machines were, to see if it’s on a shelf.
I went up to the washing machine area and the soap powder was on the shelf . I returned to the sales person to dhow him the packet, he shugged his shoulders and said he had never seen it. Upon paying I asked to see the duty manager to complain about how unhelpful the sales person was, but as was directed to the man I had previously spoken to , as being the duty manager . I have spent 1000’s of pounds in this store personally and my business and this is the worst case of poor customer relations I have ever come across .@
