Currys - Crewe Avaliações 

Ordered online with C&C. Received text to say ‘ready to collect’ but when I got there, I was told that my item had only just arrived and it would take another 5-10 minutes until it’s on the shop floor. One member of staff told customers to go to another desk, only for them to be sent back to where they started, so communication and signposting needs to be better. The members of staff who dealt with my order was very friendly and helpful and chased up my order from the back of the shop, to speed it along and I ended up only waiting a few minutes.

I was served today by a wonderful young lady called Annie, she was so helpful and had very good knowledge of the product i wanted to buy, i have at times felt like they hard sell in the store and can be pushing with add ons and i have left in the past because of this. But i didn't feel like this at all with Annie she still asked the questions regarding cover ect but wasnt pushy and i made my purchase with ease.

Wrong product in the right box. Returned and got refund.

The help I received was good and the Chromebook is just what I wanted at a good price.
It is an end of line model and needs contat with the manufacturer to extend the warranty which seems to have expired. I would have expected Currys to do this if it was necessary.
Overall I'm pretty happy.

Today 25 Sept 2027 visited curry’s in Crewe Cheshire saw I electric oven online I intended to buy from Crewe store found the oven upstairs I wanted + pressed the buzzer for attention the sales people downstairs looked up seeing me + continued to carry on talking to each other at the till downstairs pressed buzzer again + waited + waited they didn’t move from till area so curry’s you lost a sale + future sales ur sales staff at the Crewe store need to up there game in this competitive. World we live in now

David was fantastic. He was professional, attentive. He came across as very honest & likeable. He gave a top notch service. Very very happy with him. Couldn't fault the lad!

Ordered online but the experience was very good, website was easy to use and the team that delivered and installed our new washer were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

An easy purchase, from the clear online website to store collection. Completely faultless and quick - my item (a printer) was in store within an hour ready to be collected. The staff were both pleasant and efficient and my printer was in pristine condition.

I want to leave a review about David at Crewe branch .
I came into the branch today with my sister as she is looking to buy a TV . We were overwhelmed with the choice … and then along came David .
What a fantastic young man & a brilliant ambassador for your company . His knowledge was fab & enthusiasm radiated from him & he gave us enough information to know what she is now looking for . Although we didn’t buy the TV today we are DEFINITELY coming back once she’s done her final bit of research! Thanks so much David ☺️

I’d like to say that the staff at Currys have always been very helpful and supportive. I really appreciate their excellent customer service.

Well that's just the problem .with a dash cam from them they didn't want to know as it was on special offer .but everything else they are polite friendly and upfront they understand what you want always willing to help if they can . I always get my electrical equipment from them as I no if it goes wrong they will sort it out

Very good friendly service in store and by the delivery crew.
Slight gripe. I was told to expect to be given a delivery time the day before delivery - it arrived just a few hours before the start of the time slot. It makes planning for receipt more difficult

We were very pleased with the service we received at Curry’s as we had enough time to decide which television we wanted to purchase , we weren’t hassled and David our salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.

Following a complaint made I’m happy that thorough and prompt measures were taken by Ben to rectify my complaint. Appropriate compensation and apology accepted. Thanks for taking this seriously and hopefully measures installed to prevent recurrence.

Jamie was very polite and professional and helped me with my monitor exchange with ease. Credit to the team.
