The salesman helped, making it an enjoyable experience where everything about the machine was explained. Delivery was when they promised and the man who delivered it was friendly and very helpful.
I’m really pleased with the dryer as well.

What an absolutely dreadful online shopping experience.

I was in-store, ready to buy the product, only to be told I should order it online because apparently that’s the only way I’m allowed to return it. What a fantastic customer-friendly policy. Truly groundbreaking stuff.

So, I placed the order at 13:00 and was told it would be ready to collect within an hour. Simple enough, you’d think.

Three hours later, I returned to the store, only to discover that my order still wasn’t ready. Brilliant.

I was then told to contact customer services, who informed me that my order hadn’t yet been “approved”. Approved? For what, exactly? The privilege of giving you my money? Apparently, placing an order and paying for it isn’t quite enough these days.

Anyway, I’ve cancelled the order and will be buying the items from Amazon instead. At least their online shop has mastered the revolutionary concept of actually fulfilling orders when they say they will.

An impressively poor experience from start to finish. Congratulations on making Amazon look even more appealing.

The laptop I bought did not have a battery. The assistant did not bring that to my attention, and the consequences were extremely inconvenient. Strangely I found an acquaintance had had exactly the same experience.

Bought a tv wall bracket and surround sound system in Lancaster sale was good but had to go back in as wall bracket box was missing pieces got the screws it was missing but we’re not very helpful not sure I would go back to Lancaster for next buy

Ordered my son's present for his birthday told I could collect on the 10.10.26 as my son's birthday was on the 11th and got an email on the 10th to tell me they had lost my items but don't worry we have reordered them. Spoke with customer service which was a waste of time gave me the go around for and hour to me I have to wait for an update for delivery. I asked for a complaints direction to which they said . They cannot assist me on this . Absolutely fuming as my son has missed out on one of his main presents on his birthday and yet still no email update. Absolutely appalling

Started looking at printers and a sales assistant came to us and politely asked if we need any help. We did - explained what we were roughly looking for and he led straight to what perfectly fitted our criteria. He then dealt with us through the sale. By coincidence some months ago we bought a TV from Curry’s and it was the same sales assistant. A great experience from a friendly and very helpful person. Well done and thanks go to him and Curry’s.

Staff helpful in finding item, easy purchase route, and carried and placed in vehicle for me. All in all a pleasant transaction.
