I thought I knew it all until the delivery arrived… the agents did a fair job and deserve congratulations but I fancy they were not amused

I ordered an under-counter freezer last week & it’s here by next week! The Curry guys was here early hours 7:30am which I didn’t specify a certain time however it worked out well… delivery slot was 7am to 9:55pm the freezer was delivered. I asked for removal of my old beko fridge/freezer that was bought from currys 22yrs ago which has done me really well.. it still working but intermittent not being reliable as it was, they couldn’t put my old fridge/freezer on the van as they was yet to deliver other stock in around the area but what they have done is put it out on the pathway for them to return when theirs room on the van to take it. Thank you Currys 10/10 service for me today & i’m happy with my new freezer its quite spacious for me… its been installed & currently freezing will need to leave 24hrs to make sure its working well…

From start to finish an excellent service. In the Aylesford store Peter H. was so helpful and gave me all the info I needed. Four days later my new gas cooker was installed at 9 am - which is the time I asked for - by two professional gas fitters. They removed my old cooker too and completed everything in 50 minutes. I was shown how the new cooker worked and essential information. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and their services.

Had to wait then ask for assistance, wanted to order three items one I can’t order till 9 October so that mean two delivery payments

I bought a laptop, and the salesman Shoaib was very professional.He talk me through all the options and he help me pick the right laptop for my needs.

Ordered my product on line, paid and went to collect from the store. I arrived and was given the wrong item, luckily as I was putting it into my car I noticed it wasn’t what I ordered. Went back to replace it with my original order, only to be told my order wasn’t there?? Eventually I was refunded but I’ve had to wait 4 days for the money to be returned to my account. Really disappointed with the level of service and customer support. I’ve now ordered it from Argos!

Super delivery and installation service - the guys turned up at 6.50am (as scheduled) and had removed the old dishwasher, unpacked and installed the new one, and were pulling out of our driveway by 07:15. Incredible.
