Very helpful shop assistant. Excellent delivery service

There were few staff on duty upstairs with the white goods. I went to to the cashier and asked for assistance.

Had lots of problems making a purchase using flexpay due to change from halifax to lloyds automatically, and the staff in curry's could not have tried harder to get me sorted in the end, which they did. Was very greatful for all their patience. Special thanks to Lynne c but everyone that got involved were great.

Purchased dishwasher from currys arived 5 days later at 16.15 paid £140 for installation when installed shown how controlls work then left on a wash by the installers 2 hours later when wash finished opened the door slightly to realease hot steam door fell straight to the floor realeasing a gush of hot. Steam into the kitchen
The door was not adjusted with tension so fell to the floor when slightly opened.
Phoned currys help and repair line and after giving all sale numbers and details told me i must ring the manafacture for a repare ? I informed him my contract was with currys and you get a years warranty on electrical items he did not budge said go to the shop you bouht it from to sort it.thease over seas call centres must be trained in consumer law before they get a contract to act for currys still not sorted by currys ongoing

Disappointed that you have to have an appliance delivered instead of taking it yourself (if you have the means) thus incurring a cost & an even higher cost if you want it at a specific time of day. You do receive a text message giving a time, but it was a four hour slot and I just happened to be the last drop. Delivery drivers were polite and efficient.

I need to have a word with a real person so will be calling in to the store

Extremely fast delivery of our new washing machine, ordered one day, delivered the next morning, at a cost however of £50 but well worth it when you’ve got no washer. The guys who delivered it were extremely nice, helpful & extremely efficient

Item wanted reduced but not available for 3weeks.When available price went up.Chose another similar item which was reduced but out of stock.

Arrived on promised day within time frame expected. Handled carefully and put in requested position; the appliance was complete and undamaged. They offered to unpack and dispose of packaging.
Cannot comment on performance yet as we are using it for the first time today.

It was a seamless process from start to finish. On arrival at the Rotherham store I was greeted with a smile and the helpful lady called for the washing machine to be brought to the front of the shop. Two members of staff then loaded it into the van all with a smile. Well recommended.
