Easy, quick & good advice.

The gentleman in the shop in wednesbury was brilliant even though it wasnt his department, he went above and beyond to help us.
The 2 young delivery drivers who delivered it on friday were also outstanding, the couldnt have been more helpful its just a pity i cant remember there names but they delivered in Bilston. All in all the service we got from start to finish was outstanding.

Reason for visiting currys, - TV gave up in the one room the kids spend most of the time in the house so to keep the peace I wanted to replace the TV as quick as possible.

Meaning last minute unexpected purchase so budget would of course be tight.

Budget £600-800, 55"tv needed to have, YouTube, netflix, Disney, Spotify and be able to be viewed in a bright room.

I go the currys because the selection is great and I can compare tvs and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Recently and this has happend twice now where I call for staff and a guy specifically from a brand only shows me tv's from their brand. Although it says it on their shirt/top I'm speaking face to face I'm not paying attention to what they are wearing, they offer help I start talking. I have adhd so even though somethings are blantantly obvious to some might not be obvious to me.

And again I get passed onto another person who worked for a certain brand who only pushed me their brand and once again a 3rd time it happend till I had to speak to currys own staff and a customer service member (Angel) bless her, she offered her assistance and put up with my questions she answered everything which then a 2nd member of staff joined called O'Neil who I wasn't aware was one of the managers/supervisors.

I explained I was looking for impartial advice not biased to a specific brand, he took into consideration of budget, size of TV, software and tech and helped me choose the best TV to suit my requirement which was none of the tvs offered to me from any of the staff who only worked for specific brands.

I will point out these staff who push products for Sony, Samsung, LG etc are very knowledgeable I will say, I'm not knocking them down and I have brought tvs from one of them before but this time round I needed to push what I could get for the money I had.

O'Neil not only helped me choose my TV but I went slightly over budget by £90 but was happy to do so knowing I got the TV that suited my needs.

Ordering online was straightforward. Chose click and collect. The member of staff was very friendly and efficient when I picked it up

I walked in the store to collect my order. Richard served me at the click n collect desk.
I walked out less than 3 minutes later. Say no more, perfect.

Fantastic service

The team at Curry's was very helpful during the transaction. However, the technology involved proved an issue to resolve. Having to return the following day to complete the process was not ideal.

I was looking for an iPad for my daughter as she is doing her GCSE’s -we spoke with Duane who was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and what best suited our needs (and budget) , he was polite and friendly and definitely went the extra mile for us

Staff member Rav at Wednesbury Branch was polite friendly spending time to listen to what I was looking for showing options and explaining what was suitable for my needs will go back if need anything in future first time visitor to curry's
