slow website advises most orders dispatched same day ,after 5 days still not dispatched email states we're changing courier so a small delay but will be delivered soon now on day 8 and courier still has not received my order poor service all round .update dpd just delivered 05/11 17:45

Placed an order on 8/10/25 and it was dispatched on 13/10/25. Fedex failed to deliver to a local pickup point and claim they returned it to cutpricebarrys the next day. I emailed Barrys and explained the situation that i still wanted my parcel and asked what would happen next. Fedex had admitted they messed up and issued barrys with a credit for the delivery charge. A week later and i haven't heard anything from barrys about when my order would be delivered again and i haven't received any refund at all. Order #211899 . So far the customer service has been worse than woeful. Non existant in fact. All I want is what i paid for nothing else.
Update - problem resolved satisfactorily and order received okay. Barrys told me my initial email to them was stuck in their spam folder for some reason. Maybe they could utilise a customer service ticket system so things like this are avoided, or have a phone number you could contact to leave messages on.

My first order for my grandson, a Tin that looks like an Oreo biscuit.
This item is hard to buy, so ordered it, it was easy to order, low price & high quality & very well packaged along with a fast delivery, earlier than expected. I expected it to be empty, but it wasn't it was full with sealed biscuits - bonus.

Item has not arrived and I have contacted them about it. They take about 3 days to email back so will initiate a charge back as my parcel is stuck somewhere and they’re not helping

Edit - I have now received a refund but communication needs to be better.

I cannot order anything because my address is not included in any delivery zone. It in North West England and should certainly be on Zone 1. Cannot get a sensible reply from their customer relations. Have now given up as a hopeless cause and will go to Approved Food in future.

Majority of the food I ordered is ok. However, I ordered some almond flour. They sent rice flour. I sent them 2 emails asking them to rectify this, they ignored me. What is wrong with these companies that take your money and have 0 customer service. Well, they lost a customer.

Ordered 30 boxes of vapes for my partner and mum. Nowhere on the advert stated they was past the expiration date. Out of the 30 boxes only 6 was in date. Iv messaged but not had a response so it’s money down the drain as can’t use them. Not happy at all

There was an initial problem with the order but customer support got back in touch very quickly and resolved the problem almost immediately.

I came across this company for the first time having searched on the internet for a particular shaving cream, and they had some at the best price on the internet. Easy to order online with a very reasonable courier charge, and arrived quite promptly, well packaged and in a reasonable condition. It was made quite clear that the packaging might not be 100% given the products might be end of line / clearance etc., and I spent just a few minutes removing old price labels and giving the containers a clean, and they looked perfect. Absolute bargain - well impressed.
