I purchased three products from…
I purchased three products from well-known high street brands, all marked as **Blemished Box**. The packaging did have some imperfections, but that really didn't bother me, especially as the products themselves were in perfect condition. With a discount of almost 30%, it was excellent value for money! Delivery was also impressively quick. Really pleased with my purchases and will definitely be shopping with them again!

Breaking the law!!!

I needed a gift and realised that the same perfume I intended to buy brand new was available at Hogies at great discount. The set arrived in perfect condition with all packaging and extras. I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy again. The small chocolate gifts were a sweet bonus, it felt like an Etsy style personal touch.

I ordered on a Monday Morning and was told my order was shipped the day after. Nearly two weeks has passed and I have had no further updates despite writing to customer support twice. Would not use again. Should've read the bad reviews on Trustpilot. Beware

We would like to clarify that your order was placed and dispatched on the very same day. Unfortunately, we were not aware that there was an issue with the delivery until you contacted us on Friday evening.
Our Customer Service Team is closed over weekends and bank holidays, and we responded as soon as we reopened on Tuesday. As advised, we raised an investigation with Royal Mail and our team were awaiting an update from them.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail has been unable to locate the parcel, and as a result, a full refund has now been issued to you.
We sincerely apologise that your experience has not been what we would expect for our customers. We understand how disappointing it is to be waiting for an order that has not arrived. The matter has also been raised with Royal Mail so that the issue can be investigated further.

I ordered 2 Rituals home fragrance gift sets arrived promptly, I had ordered one for my friend’s birthday and the other one for my daughter for Christmas so my friend opened hers up and to my embarrassment the room spray was missing.I send an email to the customer service team and the very next morning I received a phone call from them asking me to tell them what was missing so I explained to them and they told me I’d get a replacement room spray as they sell them separately as well it arrived today as promised the best customer service I’ve ever had from a company I’d 100% recommend Hogies not the first time I’ve purchased goods from them ether never had any problems with them but I was delighted with the customer service support thanks ☺️

Zero moral compass.
Just want to put another comment here to answer the most unjustified, unhelpful response as a warning to anyone considering on spending money with this company.
“We looked into this matter carefully. The tracking number you provided did not relate to a parcel being returned to Hogies, and unfortunately we were unable to track the return or confirm that it had been sent to us.”
The tracking number was quite literally provided by them (of which I supplied visual proof via their clearly incompetent returns portal). I didn’t exactly just make it up myself …
The Royal Mail rep I spoke with on the phone even said if it wasn’t a real tracking number it wouldn’t have showed the error message it did. They’re just choosing not to refund me because it means they can’t claim it back via RM.
Please do not condescend me by framing this as if I’ve done something wrong. Of course it wasn’t the ‘outcome I hoped for’ who would willingly want to spend £133 on something they sent back which was sent faulty and unusable in the first place?
I’ve turned myself off from this situation so I can 100% care for my child but I have reached out to citizens advice for guidance.
I have no doubt it arrived back safely ages ago to their warehouse, and has probably now been sent on to another poor paying customer (in the faulty state it was sent in to me in) with a blemished label whacked on or something judging by the other reviews.
You guys could have done the right thing, but you’ve chosen not to. Integrity isn’t part of their company values nor moral compass and that really sucks.

DO THOROUGH RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING
I was looking to buy Armani aqua Di gio parfum, hogies was selling a blemished box one for £67 after discount and promo codes. This seemed too good to be true. I had tested the perfume at The perfume shop and absolutely loved the scent and how long it lasted on my skin. Now I’m not gonna say what i received from Hogies was a complete fake or unauthentic but the projection and longevity of the perfume raised alarm bells. Instead of contacting them straight away I tested it for 2 more days and also got my partner to compare it to the perfume shop one. Btw she did not know where I ordered it from. She also agreed that the Hogies one seemed off. I then searched up some reviews on trustpilot and it seemed that I was not the only one who had this issue. I can confirm I returned the item and received a full refund.
