Ordered a battery that was supposedly "in stock"... What they didn't mention was that it was sitting in a warehouse in China. Ordered on 2/7, expected delivery was 2/13, actual delivery was 2/27... Well AFTER a major snowstorm. The aggravating part is that I paid more with this site than others BECAUSE it was supposedly in stock. I could have ordered it for half the price on other sites that were clearly ordering it from China. Not to mention that it appears that the battery was used... the box even arrived opened.

They sells the best quality you are dreaming of, I highly recommend them.

Got a battery for my Kodak PlaySport Zx5 camera. The battery fits perfectly and works. Arrived on time with USPS. Great!

This company is misleading people into believing that they have the product "in-store", which, in my case, they didn't. They stated that they were sold out. They are, in my opinion, ordering the products from China and not telling the truth about delivery times (twenty business days). If you discover this and cancel the order, they will attempt to charge you over £34.00 for shipping costs. They did refund my money in two separate amounts (the actual cost of the product and shipping) but only when I said that I was complaining to PayPal and would be leaving a review about their services. I won't be buying anything from this company ever again. They have totally wasted my time.

Read the info. available on the website before ordering. I received my order in ~17 days… from China. If you panic and cancel your order, you’ll be charged for the return shipping. Don’t believe all those 1-star reviews, this company is fine; at worst, you’re just getting something from China. And doesn’t all the best $#!+ come from there?

I would’ve given a 5-star review if it hadn’t been for that shipping info. being something I found out the hard way. Also, I don’t know, yet, how this battery is going to perform. At $423.00, it better last a few years. And the guarantee is only 30 days from date of PURCHASE! My battery was hard to find, so I pulled the trigger on it and took my chances. So far, so good.

I ordered a replacement battery on May the 27th 2023, it is now June 19th 2023 and still have not received the battery yet...21 days. I did an inquiry about a week of so ago after the tracking number continues to show no activity, and was told it was shipping from the manufacture out of the country and would not show on the tracking until it cleared customs and was received by USPS. This is something that should have been declared at the time of order, if so, I would have found another supplier here in this country with a few days delivery time. If you want it soon, don't buy from Cut-rate Batteries. I have NO idea what the product will be like, again I haven't received it yet...unbelievable.

I ordered an "in stock" battery for my laptop on February 7th (over a month ago). No updates on my delivery. I emailed cutratebatteries and was informed the issue was with Canada Post. This was not true. I was then informed they ship directly from the manufacturer (no idea who this is?) and it is on the way to my location. Again, this is not true! I placed a call to Canada Post who informed me that shipping label had been created; however they have never received the package.
Nothing but excuses from cutratebatteries, now trying to get a refund for the item I have never received. Not holding my breath!

Wow....probably one of the worst online vendors I have ever dealt with....Ordered one "in-stock" radio battery 31Oct and sent email 15Nov asking for status with no answer. Received shipping info 1Dec so I called to discuss partial refund since it had been 30days to ship and "in-stock" item. Debbie, the customer service rep was not just rude, but completely off the charts. I would not order anything from this company again if they were the only battery company on the planet....PERIOD.

Cut-Rate Product & even worse, Cut-Rate Service... I ordered a battery that was supposed to be compatible with a Dell laptop. When it finally arrived, it didn't fit. I sent it back on my own dime, only to eventually get a call from a non-helpful call center employee who offered me no solutions. Didn't care that the battery wasn't what was advertised. Only cared about their "30-day policy." No refund - not even store credit. Nice job taking care of the customer. Cut-Rate is right! Buyer beware...
