Friendly and fixed one aspect of bike quickly. Did not source parts for the other issue. Felt that they were happy doing the straightforward part well, but unwilling to help with the harder issue.

I needed a rear inner tube fitted, called in on an off chance of a repair that morning. Went away to do a little shopping and got a message soon after to say the repair had been done. Easy, efficient and courteous service. Thanks.

Twice recently I’ve struggled to get spares for my Orbea Rise M10 E bike, but the staff at CycleStreet proved very knowledgable and helpful, providing details of the parts I needed, and sent them out straight away, enabling me to get my bike back on the road.

Great team at Cycle Street, nothing is too much trouble and they have fantastic clothing sale at the moment where you just make a sensible offer for the clothing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team and definitely use them when I upgrade my MTB in the future.

We're blessed with some great bike shops in York and Cycle Street is right up there. My new bike has been built up beautifully, including some lovely cable routing for lights from a hub dynamo. No quibble fixing of any teething problems and a three month check up encouraged. Friendly staff who have communicated well throughout the process.

My bike feels so much better to ride after it has been serviced, the difference is night and day. The brakes actually work again now, which is a good thing. Quick turnaround on getting it booked in, and cost was lower than I was expecting, too.

It was easy to make an appointment that was convenient for me. The work was done quickly and I am happy that my bike is now roadworthy.
