They started off ok then changed the payroll system dont get paid on time disorganised, not honest at all dont reply to emails or calls u wait and no one picks up. Not very efficient at all.

Professional knowledgeable staff
Wayne called at my preferred time.
Whole process was quick , efficient and professional.
My situation was not straight forward and time pressured but Wayne made the whole experience’effortless’. Subsequent checks and forms easy to access and complete .

Constant battle to get paid and payment deadline unrealistic on 17.00 pm so no window to resolve issues.

I’m Lashaun, Danbros and everyone on the helpline is very helpful as well as being patient and attentive when dealing with loads of customers. I would say nothing needs improving as they are quick on their feet and do everything in an instant so customer service I would definitely vouch and say it’s outstanding

Knowledgeable and Informative Staff
All the staff I have dealt with over the years have been very knowledgeable and informative. They have also been very warm and friendly and happy to provide explanations and advice. Everything has always run smoothly and the charges are very competitive.

great service
I have been with Danbro and Trafalgar since 2021 as umbrella company to process payroll for me. I have always had a great service but in particular Charlotte Doyle from payroll has been excellent when dealing with payments and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. Cannot praise the service enough.
