Do not purchase from this company, the clothes in the photos are not their designs and they try to recreate them but do a horrible job! It’s over priced crap that you can’t return and you would not even donate!

The color was not what I expected. Sadly, the return policy was not what I expected either. RETURNS ARE NOT EASY!!! Customers have to pay the return shipping fee to send items back to China. It felt like returns were discouraged. I only got a fraction of my money back. Be sure to read the entire return policy. I will not shop on this website again.

The dress was not even close to size it was more for a child than an adult. And when tried to return they said I have to pay for shipping which is to china which is clearly going to cost more to ship then the $50 dress so they offered 5% back for the dress if I keep it which is $5. Most definitely will never be shopping here again.

The quality is terrible!! It said they were fully refundable but you have to mail them back at your own expense to China! Shipping took very long time but that wouldn’t have bothered me if the dresses were good quality but they were not. Some felt like they were made from crepe paper.

Dress received was not color as indicated on photo and the expectation to ship it back to China, which is approximately 3/4 the cost of the dress itself is ridiculous. I am very dissatisfied.

Classic bait and switch.... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Received a dress I did not order from a dropship warehouse. I ordered a oversized cotton sleeveless dress with pockets. I received the opposite dress that was tight not cotton with no pockets. After turning down a 10% refund or the option to send it back to China at my expense I ultimately received a full refund. I will never do business with this outfit again. I threw it away I would be embarrassed to donate it.

I ordered a dress for a wedding. When it finally arrived it was made so strangely that I could not even put it on. False advertising on this site for sure. I will never order from you again. This is a disaster!!!!!

The description of the dress I ordered was all COTTON and midi length. The dress that was delivered was some sleazy material and a maxi. They required pictures which I sent so it should have been exchanged with no problem. Instead I was told I had to pay for the return shipping which would have cost between 15 and 33 dollars. Cotton is important to me and I would never have ordered the one I was sent.

Horrible the product I bought was for straw bags for my daughter and daughter-in-law in-laws for Christmas and they were very low quality would not hold shape so I tried to return them and you offered me a horrible deal to return them. Plus I had to pay incredible shipping so I lost over $200 because instead of fooling with people whom I will never buy from again, I donated them to Goodwill and I do hope someone out there enjoys them and can use them so you were horrible. I'll never use you again and I will not recommend you and tell my friends not to use you.

Continuing cheerful messages even though return process was somewhat confusing. All eventually resolved.

Nothing like photo or description. Afraid if I turned them into camping dresses, I’d burn up. Cheaply made and ugly! Took much longer to arrive then expected yet company must have sent 10 or more emails about order.

dress wasn’t what was shown in the picture. really low end fabric and wrong color and poor fit.
terrible return policy.
i felt totally ripped off.
i will never buy from you again.

Got new Mary Jane shoes for my granddaughter. She loves them. Delivered 3 days before her birthday.

Everything was a disaster! And you didn't respond to my email explaining why everything was awful. The dress was absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. It was definitely not what I purchased in quality, design or details.

I promptly received one of the three dresses I ordered as an add-on during checkout. However, the original two dresses have not arrived five weeks later. When I emailed Darcey Lane, I received a prompt response assuring me that the person would check with fulfillment and send an update. Within two hours, I received a request to rate customer service. It is a week later and I have yet to receive an update or response regarding the order,
