Bought cookies for aunts funeral, shipped ups, my work address didn’t accept ups, found out before delivery tried too change shipping address,called ups, they said need contact David’s cookie, David’s cookie company said too bad, and no refund or help what so ever! Stay Away From thieves!!!!!

Appalling customer service! The company never shipped the cakes. The customer service department is a joke. They lack professionalism, and basic training. I do not recommend this business.

Received a square tin of cookies as a gift. Cookies were rather flat-tasting, not much flavor. What looked like chocolate chip was actually raisin, not sure if it was supposed to be. Wouldn't buy or order for myself.

Sent to me from a relative. Cookies were average at best. Homemade cookies are way better. Brownies individually wrapped and tasted terrible no matter which one I tried to eat. Gave away a few and tossed the others out. I would never buy as a gift to anyone. Not my relatives fault, just thought probably good quality.

Absolutely dropped the ball !! Sent to all my deliveries merry Christmas with presidents Jewish staff And then then put from Sue, when my name is Debbie. Absolutely disgusted!!! Not to mention after speaking with a supervisor he neglected offer no resolution nor did he call me back, NEVER AGAIN. This was not one order this was 3 orders

The cookies may be great but won’t have the opportunity to try them. I ordered two tins of GLUTEN FREE cookies for family that has celiac disease. Although the slip and my order showed gluten free cookie and brownie mix I received one tin of assorted coffee cakes and one tin of mixed cookies. Neither one was what I ordered. I get how busy things are around the holidays but when they tout their gluten free cookies are made in a completely separate facility and then send you regular cookies and neither tin a cookie and brownie mix you can trust this isn’t unusual. If I hadn’t caught this and my family consumed the sweets with gluten this would be a legal matter as it is close to deadly for them.

I ordered a week before Thanksgiving expecting to receive them in a couple of days (like in previous orders). Wasn't shipped for 5 days until the Monday before. It is now Wednesday and still in transit. No eta in sight. Now with the holiday it is going to be even later. I am dreading what I will find when they finally arrive.

So very disappointed that I paid close to $40 (including shipping) for 8 cookies. The description was misleading, I interpreted it as the 1lb tin came with eight of each flavor. It was a gift to someone and it was a rip off in my opinion. Would not purchase again for that reason. Just way to expensive for the quantity.

2 times I have ordered David’s cookies. 2 times the delivery dates changed. When it finally arrived the container was so dirty the dry ice was melted and the cookies smelled like a sewer. When I called the company she could care less. She attitude was so blah. Never me again those cookies too expensive to smell like that and the company not care.

Purchased David's chocolate chip cookies for the holidays. I didn't realize they were jumbo and only 8 in the tin - $5.00/cookie which is expensive. We assumed they would be great. However, we found the cookies to be ok after they were slightly heated. If you ate them out of the box, they were dry and did not taste that good. We would not buy them again.

If I could give your pecan balls a less than a 1 rating, I would. WHAT have you done to them??? They used to be just like my mom's and they are now crap. They fall apart, there are half so called cookies, barely powdered, and absolutely disgusting. I will never buy again.

The 10" Viennese Sachertorte Chocolate Cake is delicious and beautiful. Sadly, we purchased it from AMAZON and they ruined it. My wife ordered it for my birthday and requested a delayed delivery. For NEXT FRIDAY. For a surprise birthday party. Instead they overnighted it, and UPS banged it up a bit. So now we have a delicious cake that won't last another week until the party, AND the surprise was totally ruined by Amazon. Who will not take ANY responsibility and instead blamed David's and UPS for the issue

2-day delivery has turned into a 10-day delivery that David refuses to address as in their words, “carrier issues”. A birthday cake is of no consequence 10-days later. Just want my $$$ back.

Received a horrible batch of Brownies from David's Cookies and the company doesn't stand behind their products.
I wrote to better Business Bureau and they still don't stand behind their product.

I do not want nothing from this company. For I will never purchase from them as long as I live and unfortunately will have to tell others about my unpleasant experience.

I would like to post a complaint on your site letting others know about the substandard items this company offers.

It's unfortunate this company does not care about their customers!

Received dried, terrible tasting brownie bites and cake bites on May 9, 2024 in a tin that was hot from the weather. It had just been delivered and was at the door. Waste of money. Never again. Buyer beware. Nothing in box to keep it cool and moist. They don't care about their customers.

I received metal.box of cookies for xmas..waited to eat them on bottom of box said to eat or freeze....by the time I saw this they were stale...thats a terrible place for that ...had to throw them out.....rediculious all that money

Terrible! Don’t waste your money! You can get better cookies from ShopRite!

Subway has better cookies! Theytasted too sweet and were not a good texture. Waste of money imo. I wanted to try them before spending a bunch on gifts and will definitely not be buying them again, even if there's a sale.

I received these as a birthday gift. All cookies were moist, deliciously decadent. I have no idea of the cost since it was a gift.
