I ordered whiskey brownies from brownie heaven for Christmas as my usual supplier doesnt do that flavour. They arrived in a thin plastic covering, all clumped together, no box and no greasproof paper seperating them resulting in a claggy thick mess. I wondered if I could rescue them by cutting each one into a smaller square and trying to tidy up the awful presentation. When I tried them however, they had no taste of whisky whatsoever, and the texture was thick and difficult to swallow, really awful. I always buy my brownies from Gower cottage and they are consistently fabulous and beautifully presented, and more competitively priced. I guess thats why they are rated the best in the uk. In conclusion, I had to throw 37 pounds worth of brownies in the bin because I could never expect my guests to eat them.

These looked amazing in the pictures but upon their arrival they were dry and flavourless and filled with utter garbage ingredients, to prolong their life I am presuming, so hardly freshly baked to order! Honestly the worst brownies I have ever eaten. I would avoid

Ordered biscoff blondie/brownie and the cinnamon swirl blondie. They were okay but we were disappointed. Taste of the cinnamon one was nice but they were more like the texture of a cake than brownie and quite dry. Wouldn’t order again.

Delivered on time and brownie battenberg was beautiful

I purchased my brownies on Wednesday and paying extra to have it delivered Saturday. They was sent Friday RoyalMail 24 Tracked and did not arrive until Monday when nobody is at home all week. They are now sat there for a week in 20c plus and rain. After many emails they do not claim it was there fault and no refunds. Avoid!!

Awful. Ordered one of the brownie caramel tarts and it arrived like a cow poo 💩 the owner re sent a new tart and the same thing. We tasted it and it was as if the sugar had been replaced with salt. Very strange!

It has now been two or three weeks since I made my order and the cookies have never been delivered. Tracking information shows they were being delivered today but it is now dinner time and they have not appeared.

I am really angry and will not shop with Brownie Heaven again, they are quite happy to take my money but the service is very poor in comparison to the fortune I paid.

I first ordered from Brownie Heaven in lockdown in 2020 and they were sooo good i decided to have them do my wedding cake in 2021! Then married life got in the way, had a baby, dieted for way too long to lose the baby weight, and when I got to my goal weight decided to treat myself and my husband to some brownies!

I was a little nervous as hadn't ordered any in 3 years, so wasn't sure they would be as good as I remembered them, but I am glad to see that they haven't changed! They were delicious! Arrived well packaged with clear instructions - having tried a few my favourites are the mint aero ones for sure, and also the cinnamon swirl ones and the kinder bueno ones!

If you choose to order from Brownie Heaven you will not be disappointed!

Is the most amazing thing I've ever tasted

Brownie Heaven is exactly that; heaven. I order fairly regularly and they couldn't be more helpful in scheduling deliveries so it doesn't all arrive together. Let's not forget the brownies/blondies etc. Absolutely stunning! So tasty and lovely warm and gooey. I cannot recommend or commend them enough. Trust me, you won't be disappointed

Bought the box of 12 but not all nice at all. Extremely disappointed. Especially as I checked reviews before purchasing. An expensive mistake. One type was edible. Maybe not my families type of treat. Expected to scoff the lot, but some thrown away.

Sadly I can't comment on the taste of the brownies as yet. I ordered for my son who is away in the forces. Paid extra for it to arrive on a specific day. It didn't and now he will be unable to get them until next weekend due to being on exercise. No refund offered for not fulfilling the specified date I had paid extra for. I appreciate it's a Royal Mail issue, but my contract was with you.

Don’t think I would bother again. £35 for a deep dish tart and it’s arrived with the sides all caved in due to being VERY poorly protected. I would have thought if you’re going to insist on sending a cake through the post (silly idea in itself) then the least you could do is put cardboard underneath the cake to make it sturdy and also around the cake itself. Was meant to be for a birthday cake but this won’t be able to be used now.

Tasted more like cakes than brownies. Quite disappointed considering the cost (over £40) a shame as looked lovely but taste was very underwhelming. Local bakers that I have tried have much more indulgent brownies available and I will use them next time.

I ordered the no rush option, I waited nearly a month. They did answer my email so I have given them an extra star for that. Out of the six brownies ordered, 2 were moist but the other 4 were dry, almost stale. Alot of money to be throwing brownies in the bin. Such a shame.

Don't take any notice of there pictures look nothing like it there just chucked in a plastic bag i ordered and probably rushed order as after payment it said i had opted in to a no rush order so they can send them whenever but i was going on holiday so emailed to tell them well they got sent last monday i got back today 11th august so been here a week i have just had one and nice but never worth money won't use them again and wasn't impressed after emailing to ask why they came after saying just send them anytime after i'm back to get asked can i basic prove i emailed

Non existent communication from this company, no reply to emails sent. I placed an order for a specific date and package sent out far to early, why offer a specific date if you can't stick to it.!!!! I suppose it is something going by other bad reviews that it was even sent out for delivery in the first instance.! Courtesy costs nothing, clearly this company has none!! Never again will I order from here, or ever recommend, Thanks for ruining my daughter's 21st Birthday.!!!!!

I received lovely Brownies. Bought for my partner's birthday. Arrived on date requested. I'm meant to be watching what I eat... I ate the majority in one sitting. No one else could get close!

Will definitely use again.
