The claim process was fairly straightforward and there were no issues with the claim being accepted. My only issue has been receiving the payment. I was initially told it would be in my bank account in 5 days, I allowed extra time due to it being over the Easter period and bank holidays. But I am still waiting to receive the payment despite contacting them twice now.

Leather and helmet cover
Davies group was an add on policy on a motorbike insurance policy. It was slightly difficult to navigate the different policies but once the information was provided they were very efficient and quick with a decision.

I was disappointed with the amount you paid out for my recent cancellation of my holiday due to illness. My holiday cost me £1,645 and you paid out £500 which didn’t include the £60 I had to pay for a GP medical certificate!

British Gas appliance cover scam
British Gas appliance cover is a scam. If a replacement is required, they will set a price for the item that needs replacing. i spent £900 replacing my upright freezer with a like for like model and they paid £168 towards it despite being fully covered, even at 30% replacement price They should have paid out £270.it is policy that you could wait up to eight weeks for your complaint to be resolved. Utterly shameful customer service.
