Clare Sharp and Amitha Alex - wonderful!!!
As first-time buyers, we were nervous about going through the motions of buying, dealing with solicitors, and everything else that comes with purchasing a home. However, the amazing Clare Sharp and Amitha Alex took away all of our stress, going above and beyond for us throughout the process.
They have both been available and have answered any queries or questions we have had, no matter how silly we thought we sounded. Nothing has ever been too much for both of them.
It has been an easy process, and we cannot thank them enough for the work they have put in, as well as being two incredibly kind people to deal with.

Fantastic service and ongoing communication throughout our mortgage process. We have now used Davies & Partners for two house purchases and have found them to be excellent during both.
We found Corinne to be very thorough and diligent in all aspects of our recent purchase. She covered every element and was across the whole process, picking up on some issues to make sure we were fully in the know and protected in the future. Superb. We also had multiple exchanges and conversations with Millie, who again was so professional, understanding and helpful throughout. We really wanted to get our completion through ahead of the pending SDLT increase and felt that the two ladies pulled out all the stops to get us there. We knew that their workload had increased but they were still very thorough and ensured all the boxes were ticked in good time. Amazing

We were recommended by our mortgage advisor to use Davies & Partner and we are very impressed with the service provided. We received our quote within 24 hours, and tracked our progress through the app! Kerry was amazing, at first we felt communication wasn’t great, but she quickly turned this around for us. Being first time buyers, we didn’t understand everything, but when we queried anything, Kerry was quick to explain for us. Highly recommend, thank you so much😄

I used Davies & Partners for my recent house purchase. They were friendly, helpful and super efficient. I had originally appointed another firm but experienced lots of delays, so needed a conveyancer to act promptly to meet deadlines. Davies & Partners delivered and exceeded my expectations. Kerry Raymond and her team are very good at conveyancing
Kerry Raymond and her team are very professional and efficient. Even though I dealt with more than one person throughout, communication was never a problem and I got the sense that Kerry was overseeing things so I wasn't worried by that. We communicated mostly by email but if I needed to speak to someone on the phone immediately, that was never a problem. This is the second time that I have used Davies and Partners. The first time was for the sale and then later on for the purchase of a property. Any obstacles that were met on the way were overcome with a minimum of fuss. I was confident that they would get it done and they did. I shall use them again in the future.

Davies and Partners were very thorough and efficient at all times as well as understanding of my concerns and happy to answer any queries I had. I have used them for purchase of my new home a year ago and then this year when I bought a flat to rent out, I wouldn't have used them again had they not been an excellent company.
