Ordered and paid via PayPal. Months went by and nothing received. Chased and chased and loads of excuses. Finally gave up and said I was going to escalate as a complaint. To be fair I did getmy money back after 3 months plus.

Ordered an item on 18th April
Ordered an item on 18th April, still not arrived by 24th May 2021. I have emailed numerous times and keep getting excuses like the item is at the assay office and should be delivered soon. Its now 36 days and counting and my latest email has been ignored.
Update.
Delivered 29th May - 41 days after ordering. Was it worth the wait? Quite frankly no.

Avoid this seller
I ordered a pendant and some earrings for a friend's birthday from this seller through Etsy over a month ago and they have never been delivered. The Royal Mail tracking number that was sent 'on dispatch' appears to be fake. I have emailed the seller directly twice and received no reply. I have now had to open a case through Etsy. Given there seem to be others who have had a similar experience, I would not recommend purchasing any products from this website.
Having opened a case through Etsy and posted a Trustpilot review, I have now received a full refund from the seller! The business disputed that this review was for the correct domain on Trustpilot. However, messages with the seller on Etsy confirmed "...messages should be sent to etsy not the email address as thats is just a payment gateway email and is not monitored...". I have had to spend time chasing all this up, and therefore my initial review still stands.

In the end, all is well.
I will admit that the initial order of my Silver Pendant got completely fouled up. Some time later, I contacted David and was admittedly very upset. David completely redeemed himself as he made the order right---he sent out the pendant and chain, which are so very beautiful, and apologized for the mix-up. So, in the end, I am very happy and grateful that this experience turned out well.

I ordered a charm for a birthday present, similarly being told 7-10 day delivery. Currently I have rung twice, the second time threatening trading standards because of finding the other 2 reviews. I haven't received any response so I now have to go out and buy another present.

I ordered a charm and bracelet from David Baggaley Silversmiths on the 24th February and waited the advised delivery time of 7-10days but nothing arrived so I phoned and left numerous messages, emailed, messaged through messenger and tried to call him on messenger but nothing, I have also emailed him through PayPal but still no reply so he has my money and I have not received my order so please avoid
