Would rate 0 if I could. Zero customer service, they don’t reply. I don’t know where my package is and it has been saying it will be redelivered each day for the last week and never turns up.
Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. Firstly I was given a time of 9.35am to 1.35pm for my delivery and by 2pm it still hadn't arrive. So I contact the WhatsApp contact and was told it would be between 2.05pm and 6.05pm!! I have sat in all day waiting. Also I asked for delivery to be brought to my front door and when is arrived at 5.20pm it was left outside the building. Disgusting behaviour and delivery!!!

0 stars - I've used relay (not by choice as a buyer) I replied to the whatsapp notification request stating that I am in & to call me if any issues that morning & I can see this was logged on the delivery notes for the driver. I had a notification that they are however many stops away, however no sign of the driver on the street or phone call - checked back in to the website to then see apparently it had been 'attempted'. It wasn't even 'attempted' anywhere up to two streets away from my address as I can see from my window!!

I was told/ prompted by relay for about a week that it would be quicker if I picked up my order instead of delivering it to my house. After 3 'failed' delivery attempts where they said that my address was invalid/undeliverable to, relay said I had to pick it up from the local pick up spot. Had a notification that it was immediately ready for collection, and it is not. I still do not have my package, and there is no way of contacting them to know where my parcel is .
This company are truly awful
This company are truly terrible, I have had one package out of three in the last month actually make it to me. All parcels originated in China and take weeks to get to the UK even when all is well. The tracking system is appallingly bad - the projected delivery time just rolls back and back and then (in two out the last 3 cases) the parcel vanishes into thin air. Their 'customer service' is as bad as their delivery, they claim 7 working day !! responses, but its longer and then all they claim is its not been delivered, claim from the sender (I did) I cannot believe that any of the supposed positive reviews are genuine, they are the worst courier service I have ever encountered.

Trying to contact was a headache and then I manage to email them and they replied saying it will take 72hrs before they do anything. How can you get the wrong address 😡

Still awaiting a response 6 weeks later, after they delivered the wrong parcel to my home. No sign of a refund and no chance of receiving the item i did order. Terribly incompetent and even worse customer service, basically unreachable. Can we report them to trading standards? PS. If you were expecting mens black lacoste trainers and received womens merrel trail runners, let me know.
The award for the worst delivery company goes to……
They give you a time and a day for delivery, the approximate between times constantly changes, this is not a one off problem, it has happened with my last 2 orders, the latest was 2 stops away 10 minutes to wait on the 23rd June, then although I was in the next delivery update I received was attempted delivery failed, next attempt is 25th June, I now have to wait an extra 2 days, when I contacted them, their reply was we are very busy, I now leave a note on any store I purchase from stipulating, that relay is not an option, if they can’t provide another courier, then cancel my order, I am that disgusted with this company.

The service from Relay Courier has been nothing short of unacceptable. My delivery has been **on hold for the last three days** with **zero accountability, zero communication, and zero responsibility** from the courier.
On Sunday, the package was **just two stops away from delivery**, and then—without any explanation—it suddenly got delayed and has been stuck ever since. No updates, no clarity, no timeline. Just complete uncertainty.
This level of negligence is shocking. A courier service that cannot provide basic transparency or move a parcel for three days when it was already near the destination is simply unreliable. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

Would give it a 0 I’ve ordered from Vinted over 20 times using all kind of couriers thought I’d try these lot out as there’s a pickup point near my workplace and I needed it in the next 4-5 days. It’s been 7 days and parcel is non existent. Worst ever DO NOT USE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!
Relay......shambles
New to Vinted so when Relay was an option I just assumed it was the convenience store in my village but it was actually a new one that wasn't even open never mind had the Relay scanner and what ever else is needed to accept parcel to either send or pass on to buyers. It's been 2 weeks and Relay have been very quiet in telling me how this issue could have happened....

Sold an item via Vinted
Sold an item via Vinted. Went to a newsagent to drop off the parcel. The shopkeeper put a yellow sticker on the item and scanned the QR code that the system generated. As it was the first time I sent a parcel using this awful service, I did not ask for confirmation and put my trust in the shopkeeper. Days later the buyer messaged me asking for tracking info. I explained that I had dropped it off and would check with the store manager a few days later. Went to the shop and the staff were absolutely useless. I forced them to open their storage and show me all their parcels. I checked each one and could not find my parcel. I demanded that they contacted Relay and they used a chat service on their scanner. The chatbot suggested I emailed them with my concern. I did exactly what I was asked to do, and to date Ive not hear from anyone at Relay. Lost a valuable item and they could not care at all. Avoid at all costs. Pay a few pennies more and use InPost or Every

Rang intercom and threw parcel in the foyer. Had to walk down 5 floors to retrieve. Appalling service. This has happened before and parcels have gone missing.
“Delivery”… does not mean throwing parcels in foyer of 44 apartment block for anyone to take.
Very frustrating
Very frustrating - my Vinted parcel was said to be at delivery point (shop) - I went 3 times and it wasn’t there. To add insult to injury, the auto message system kept reminding me to pick it up! This was my most frustrating delivery experience to date.
