I had to phone a few bits were missing I did feel the bed wasn't reinforced but after I got an explanation I needed iam quite happy with the bed headboard and the colour the missing bits arrived on Monday

I was so pleased the communication was excellent, I had a question so I emailed them, they got back straight away, very professional, the drivers were second to none, so polite, helpful,I had a bit of an issue as the packaging said 4ft 6in a d I ordered a 5ft bed, the driver was on the phone straight away to his boss, he phoned the Company, who the rang me straight away and explained that it was 5ft its just generic packaging, and this was all in a space of 10 minutes. It was the quickest resolution I've ever had. Would highly recommend this company and delivery service.

This will be second bed I have purchased from the vendor. The bed is as described and excellent value for money. The customer journey from beginning to end was flawless and first class. I was updated all the way through from purchase to delivery. The delivery personnel were fantastic ob both occasions to. I am looking forward to purchasing from you again without hesitation.

I actually tried to review this on eBay first, but because they sell so many beds through them, they actually got it removed. Thank goodness for Trustpilots unbiased platform.

I ordered this bed back in August and it came without warning and damaged in transit. The bed itself was cheaply made and didn't take much to tear the fabric on the bottom and side of the bed. After complaining I subsequently got a replacement which arrived unannounced and the old bed was not ready to collect. As a result they told me I had to pay over £60 to get it collected. When i refused they said I had to pay and if I didn't they would send Debt collectors. Disgusting customer service. The replacement bed was collected so i'm left with a tatty, low quality bed and a very bad taste in my mouth. Please avoid.

This company delivered a cheaply made and badly damaged bed to me with parts missing. They then took a week to get a replacement to me which i had to continually chase. When the exchange arrived it was down to me to help the driver unload it and who would only deliver to my door step (not as promised and advertised, to a 'room of my choice' ! Company refuse to collect damaged bed expecting me/the customer to sort that out, again against what they promise/advertise !
This is a shoddy company who dont care once theyve got your money !
Cheaply made beds with a unscrupulous company !
DO NOT BOTHER ! THERES MUCH BETTER QUALITY OUT THERE WITH RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY SELLERS !

As of 25/09/23 the matter has still not been resolved !
As stated, unscrupulous company who sell cheap dangerous beds and lie !

Brought a bed a week ago and it was absolutely better than I expected the ambassador bed is incredible. the staff was very helpful and great communication between them and myself. Fantastic service and quality product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
