I’ve been with DCL for quite a few…
I’ve been with DCL for quite a few years now. I took a six-month break from work and, when I was ready to get back into it, I needed to arrange specific insurance cover.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Spencer Robinson, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. He was professional, transparent and extremely helpful. He managed to almost match another quote I had received, but I decided to overlook the small price difference and pay a little extra, as well as accept a slightly higher excess, because of the level of customer service DCL provides.
And it’s not just the customer service — the experience I’ve had with the underwriter, Noble Claims, has also been exceptional. Around three years ago, I had my car stolen, and the entire claim was dealt with and settled within 30 days. The offer I received was actually above market value, which I was extremely pleased with. Throughout the whole process, I was kept informed at every stage, and the service was absolutely phenomenal.
That experience is a major reason why I’ve chosen to remain with DCL. For me, it’s not always about finding the absolute cheapest quote; it’s about having confidence that you’re dealing with a company that genuinely looks after its customers when it matters.
I’ll definitely be staying with DCL for the foreseeable future and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for reliable insurance and excellent customer service.

Exceptional service from Danielle Wakelin
