Honestly I don’t even think words can describe how bad this company is!
Was accepted finance with deko for alloys wheels in which I ordered on the 19th of June there was a delay in the wheel arriving with the company I was getting them from which is frustrating but obviously something that can’t be helped, they finally arrive and was ready to be sent out to me on the 20th of July to be told that dekopay have went ahead and cancelled the finance, no contact with my self what so ever, they lack in communication, professionalism completely horrendous practice.
Worst part about the whole experience is I paid a deposit and had to contact them myself and the actual finance I got through Deko to be told the finance is still live and they where happy to carry on after doing Dekos job for them and communicating with the 3 different company’s I finally got confirmation that Deko had indeed cancelled the finance. I’d personally avoid this company like the plague hope I don’t ever deal with them again.
