Ordered a product from their website (which is no longer in stock). Item number is 140-Tooth Drive Belt 1204-0113. Part #020521. This was ordered on 9/11/22 with expedited priority overnight shipping. I received the item 9/13/22 and installed the item at the end of the month. On Saturday, November 5th, mid way into my motorcycle ride, this belt that has been used for a little over a month, snapped clean in half, thus almost causing me to get into an accident. I spoke to the tech team at this business, inquiring about the life span on this belt, and they stated it was around 20,000 miles. Well, this didn't even make it to 1000 miles before it snapped clean in half. There wasn't any wear and tear, no teeth missing, just snapped right in half. To me, this seems like not only a faulty product to sell to motorcyclists but a dangerous one. I spoke to customer service and they were completely unhelpful NOR remorseful and said that they can't do anything about this because "No warranty claims are made or implied" on this product. I would like to be refunded for this poorly manufactured and dangerous product. Total refund should be $159.95. This is completely unethical that a motorcycle parts company would sell such a horrible manufactured item. Also how convenient that the item is out of stock all of a sudden.
EDIT: Since there is no way to reply to the companies response to my review. So here is my reply to your response, Dennis Kirk.
I'm am quire aware that you are not the manufacturer of your products, you are merely a retailer. Perhaps you should consider purchasing QUALITY materials not belts that literally SNAP in half after one month of use. Keep in mind folks, this belt is made of Teflon. Additionally, I spoke to your nasty customer service requesting information on the manufacturer of this product to no avail. Your company is below par with awful reviews on multiple sites in addition to multiple BBB complains, me being one of them as of now.

We purchased an item a year ago from Dennis Kirk and we were charged on our American Express card ….. just recently we used affirm and canceled the order and refused the package …. Deb in customer care only gave us a partial refund cause of a mix up with American Express …. Not even related to Affirm ….. legal action is next unless refunded on an item we Never received ….
Bought a HJC helmet and extra mirrored shield. The internal Sun Visor doesn’t work right and parts of the mirrored shield rubbed off after two cleanings. Admittedly I removed the HJC helmet decals so they won’t accept a return (absolutely fair). But they won’t honor HJC’s 5 year warranty on RPHA Helmets. They say I modified the helmet so the warranty is void and HJC won’t accept it. Warranty says, this warranty does not apply to any problems that arise from wearer’s modifications, etc. When I called HJC to ask, they explained that since the Sun Visor is operated by an internal wire, taking off decals doesn’t matter. They said Dennis Kirk can submit a warranty claim on my behalf to have it repaired by their distributor's warranty department. I called and e-mailed asking to speak to Travis the Supervisor but he won’t call me back. Lol!
As far as the shield goes they said they’d send me a new one when they’re in stock. I’m sure Ill never see it.
Out of curiosity. I e-mailed Revzilla and J&P to see what they would do with the same scenario and without hesitation they said no problem. A big departure from Sandy’s tone filled e-mails.
This is quite honestly he worst Customer Service experience I’ve had in my life.
Don’t just go else where. Run!
Sandy Boerner, Denis Keira and Travis did such an unbelievably poor job at customer service. Did not tried the slightest to resolve the issue. Did the bare minimum by responding to my emails but did not tried truc the issue. I emailed this company right after placing the order realizing that I had made a mistake in the address and the product. Asked to fix address, they didn’t try to correct it…

I have ordered several items from in the past few years, never had a problem. They had parts in stock no one else did and I received them with 3 days always. I just bought Dunlop American Elites for my Deuce, because they had them in stock in the sizes I needed. Ordered on Saturday, received on Wednesday. The date code showed they were both made 2 months ago, not sure why some reviews said they got old tires. I will continue to deal with Dennis Kirk.
I don’t know why people are complaining about bad parts and tires. At least you got something. On June 2 of this year, this company charged my credit card for over $300 for no reason. I never ordered anything. When I called them, the person who answered wouldn’t even tell me where the parts were shipped so I could let my credit card company know where to look for the scammer. They must have an address. She told me it was fraud and to go to my credit union for resolution. For all I know, they are the problem. Trust them if you want, but I wouldn’t.
I called about a part I ordered 2 months ago never got a call or e mail on where abouts the part is. I called back to figure out the payment options and she was rude inconsiderate in professional lady who also hung up on me I called back and tried to explain my situation to someone else named Sandy I got a name this time but sounds like the same rude lady and I told her I was stuck in north Dakota and she laughed at me for a longer then normal time very unprofessional and I will be calling your manager Travis about this issue.. we are paying customers and don't need to be treated like garbage and laughed at.with out customers you won't have a business. I'll be finding a different parts dealer
Called in an order and called back within 30 minutes to cancel because the Harley dealership said the part was not required for my installation. Not only would they not cancel the order after 30 minutes, the woman I spoke with was rude, nasty and even hung up on me. I wasn't rude or nasty. I just stated the facts. I will sooner pay more for a product from another company than deal with this horrible company ever again.
Ordered some drag specialties saddle bag guards in august. Didn't recieve them until may but with supply chain issues that's fine. The box was mislabeled from the factory in Taiwan so the wrong part shipped, again fine. But when the replacement came do you think the contents were verified? Nope sent the same wrong part with the right item number on box. Still, gave them more than a week to look into this and had to call again. The only answer i got was, we dont have it (they never did) and for 30 more dollars you can buy this one! And don't worry, we're going to wave the return shipping fees! At this point you owe me 30 dollars and a free hat! With such a big name in the industry you would think customer service would be better.....

I had previously ordered a seat from J&P cycles . I was told it was in stock and it wasnt . So I called Dennis Kirk and they said they would price match seat and I should expect a 81 dollar refund. a week goes by still no refund .I called on 6/1/2022 and the lady i spoke with says they dont price match with J&P cycle but she would transfer me to the lady I dealt wth first and I ended up leaving a voicemail and wait till 6/2/2022 to call back around 12:15 est. The lady I then spoke with told me they did in fact price match J&P cycle but being the seat wasnt in stock I wouldnt get a price match refund. I explained it wasnt in stock when i placed the order with Dennis Kirk but was told I would get price match refund. Long story short with all the misinformation I was told . I will not be getting my 81 dollar refund . I will no longer be doing business with Dennis Kirk . I usually had no issues till this and I know Im only one person . But they couldve gave me store credit or something to have made this right . But they dont care if I shop with them or not . If they did they wouldve stood behind their word on my refund.
Never received parts I ordered. Refused to refund my whole 100 dollars or send me another set of pipes. Very poor customer service. Even if they were stolen from my porch seems 100 dollars small fee to take care of a customer. Should have been sent signature required also.
9/14/22 response: recently another ups delivery was 5days late and damaged. From what I understand they are not the company they once were. That you keep using them is poor business because of the effects on your customers. I recently chatted online with the foremost up and coming delivery/product company I call big A.
I was dissatisfied with a couple products and both weren’t eligible for return. Know what they did? Refunded me no questions asked 200 dollars.
You guys and UPS argue, justify, etc.. Can’t even talk to a live person at either company.
Big A delivered me the pipes in less then 24hrs,to my door step. Might wanna look into using them your competitors are

We just bought a tire from Dennis Kirk and had Harley Davidson install it for us and the day after we got it, the sidewall blew on it as we were on the interstate doing 70mph. We just looked at the date and it says 2012. That could've been deadly, luckily my husband was able to keep it from laying down and us hitting the street. I've tried to call customer service and they will not call me back. This could have ended very badly if we hit the road doing 70mph

Ordered parts, never told they were on back order, I called in and they said 30 days. 30 days turned to 10 months. I called in 6-8 time checking on status...NO communication from DK. I will NEVER order from them again, too many other choice. Customer service is rude, CS MGR gives lip service, no actual concern!
Purchased tire when it arrived it said march 2016 ! sold me old motorcycle tire!

Bought a saddle an gel seat and it was terrible. Never used it and used the return label. They said they sent me a refund thru PayPal. 6 days later and nothing. They said the refund was minus the return shipping. I asked what about the $7 tax I paid. They said they didn’t charge any tax. Well I paid 89 plus tax. They said eBay must have charged me the tax and I would have to get it from them. Called eBay, very nice girl, and she said that is not true. I had already bought a pro pad gel seat from Dennis Kirk before the other had been delivered back to them. I was going to buy another for drivers seat…..not now..I will buy it from jp cycle. Don’t do business with Dennis Kirk!!

Buyer Beware!!! I returned a snowmobile bib and boots because they didnt fit right. Customer service accused me of sending them back used and dirty and told me they would only give me 65% of my money back. I literally tried the items on in my kitchen before putting them in the box to return. Tags were still on the bibs and in perfect condition. Rep said their was food on bottom of the boots and that my kitchen floor must be dirty. Are you serious???? The rep then said "you aren't getting your money back" and hung up on me. They scammed me! Nothing short of stealing!

Found almost everything I needed for my project easily and at a fair price. Shipped my entire order that day. I only got it late because the USPS did their best. Was missing one item but after only a couple of emails, got a replacement part shipped out, no problem.
Oh, wow, I wish I would have checked this company out here before we made our last order. We somehow had a previous order that went alright so I thought it would be good to order from them again. I was wrong.
We ordered a windshield for our Harley on Jan 21 and got a confirmation on shipping that same day with a tracking number and expected delivery date of Jan 25. Okay that sounded reasonable so we waited.
Yesterday was Jan 25 and the package did not deliver but we thought okay give it another day. We had been busy and didn't check the tracking. Today is the 26th and no delivery so I tracked it with the USPS number and it showed that the package had never been scanned as being picked up at all.
So we called customer service to find out where is our missing package and a rude female tried to tell us that it is not the company's problem but that we would have to call the post office. That she could not file a missing mail case before 15 days had passed. Then when we asked to speak to her boss she said he would call us back and actually hung up on me.
Sorry but I am a seller also and I deal with this exact same thing sometimes for my own customers. I have filed missing package reports with the PO within 3 days and they have always helped me find them. It takes a simple phone call and it cannot be the recipient calling, it has to be the sender.
The only good thing about this ordeal is that the supervisor did actually call back and spoke to my husband. He was not rude and said he would get it investigated and if it wasn't scanned and moving through the postal system within 3 days he would reship.
So now we wait to see if that is really true. After reading some of the reviews here I am still having doubts. I will update with what happens in 3 days.
As of right now, I do not recommend this company.

Bought S&S valve spring kit for my 74 sportster, alternate part number was listed. Received kpmi kit. Website didn't mention alternate number was not S&S. Nobody could answer question if kibble white makes for S&S. All the springs in the kit were under Harley specification of 1&1/2 outer spring and 1&23/64 for inner spring. So, they repackaged some bad springs and sold them. I am waiting to hear from technical support to clarify this issue. Also contacted kpmi to alert them and see if they can help to clarify this situation.
