I would give them a zero if possible , Buyer beware ,My ordered tires for my 4 wheeler in the beginning of September as a birthday gift , only 2 were shipped , Now it is December , The other two never shipped , excuse after excuse after excuse on phone for months , Cancelling and won't be buying anything from here again , Thanks ! Just called customer service to ask about returning the helmet I purchased. Since I took the tag and sticker off the helmet I was informed it was used and not returnable. I was honest and admitted to using it on a ride to try it. It's too big and the wind wants to take my head off. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
I placed a $1300 order with Dennis Kirk on 10/15/21, no sooner did I submit and I received a call from Dennis Kirk confirming my order. I was told the order would be shipped that evening. On 10/19/21 I received a voicemail from Dennis Kirk they made a mistake, didn't have all of my order, were cancelling it and refunding me. An hour later half my order arrived at my front door. I called and spoke with customer service, they were apologetic, admitted mistakes were made internally, I was offered no solution or concession, "maybe the items would be back in a month." The call ended with my being told a manager would call me the next morning to follow up. The manager never called, I was left with half an order and to expect a refund in 3 days. I found what I needed elsewhere and bought it. When a company's job is to fulfill orders and can't do it, you know there are bigger problems. No inventory or out of stock message at point of purchase, no recognition in follow up call they were selling something they didn't have, voicemail message an hr before delivery saying sorry we screwed up, order is cancelled and then no follow up by manager to resolve. Everything Dennis Kirk has can be found direct somewhere else.
Fortunately I had my bad customer service experience before I ordered my parts. I called to ask if they offer a military discount and was informed that no they do not. I then went on the website to go ahead and order my parts and they ask for a donation for military veterans. I called back to ask about this and the woman tells me she has no time to deal with me yelling at her even though I've never even raised my voice and we had only been on the phone approximately a minute. How hypocritical is it that they don't offer a military discount but then they try to take money to supposedly give to military charities to make themselves look good at no personal cost. I guess it's a good thing that former soldiers like myself do not employ the same strategy when we enlist and offer up our lives in defense of our country so that places like this can even do business. And then you try to justify again. You say that you are raising money but all you have done is tack a donation button on to your site and channel other people's money to your charity. And there are plenty of sites out there that do verification of veteran status for online business. You have no scratch in the game, you're just pretending.

Ordered a "new" 130/90-16 tire for the bike. Tire arrives and it's 3.5 years old. Call up DK, the guy is like "well, some tires can be that old, I can sell them up to 5 years and they can be on the bike for 10". Seriously. He says "must be an oddball size". Nope 130/90-16. Then he's like "must be an oddball brand". Nope. Bridgestone. I would steer clear of this company if you are looking for fresh/new tires.
I ordered a trunk rack for my 2012 Road King. The first one l received was the wrong part.
The second one l received was missing Hardware.
This is the first time out of many purchases, that l had a problem.
All correspondences to correct my order were handled in a timely manner.
I was met with a very Courteous and Professional responce with the problems of my order, from the
Receptionist that first answered my phone calls, to the Sales and Customer Service Department representative that l was immediately transferred to.
As per their Purchase agreement, l returned the rack with their provided prepaid return shipping label that was in-closed for a guaranteed full refund if dissatisfied with their products.
To my fault without thought of having to return the item, l dissguarded the original box that the Rack was Originally shipped to me in and l had to pay a $12.00 cost to UPS for repackaging.
I would Still, Highly Recommend the Dennis Kirk Company and their products as a Highly Reputable Vendor, to Faimily and Friends.
I will continue as a Loyal Patron.

I purchased a windshield from Dennis Kirk. It was supposed to fit around my handlebars with a rubber sleeve. Once the sleeve was installed, the bolts were not long enough to start threads. I removed the sleeve since this was for a 7/8”/1” bar. I snugged it down good and made a test run. At 70mph, the windshield came back on me. I crippled it back to the shop and attempted to tighten the bolt and within a 1/4 turn, it stripped. I contacted “customer service” and everyone was helpful except the final lady who clearly shouldn’t be manning a phone. I gave her the part number technical support gave me and she acted like I was an idiot for suggesting I needed that part. I explained that it was what technical support said I needed. And she started a rant that they are only a parts warehouse and had no control over the things they send out, and how I was responsible for damages to the windshield. -I was just looking for a replacement part but am now sending the entire windshield back and will NEVER use Dennis Kirk again.
If you buy something from Dennis Kirk, and it gets lost in shipping, be aware that you have to be your own advocate to find the product. We ordered motorcycle parts that came in 2 separate boxes. We received one box that showed it was delivered at 11:35 am. The 2nd box showed it was delivered at 10:53 am, which is the one that was missing. We called Dennis Kirk customer service and spoke to Sandy Boener and her response was that they are not responsible if stolen off the porch. That was completely irrelevant to the situation as it was never delivered. She was of zero help and assistance except for starting a claim with the post office. The claim was denied, and as far as Sandy was concerned, the case was closed. I called my local post office and their GPS tracking could see that they did not deliver the box to me when they said they did. We spoke to our actual carrier and he also said he did not deliver the package to me. I called Sandy back to give her the phone number for the post office and she said it's not their protocol to call the post office and all she could do was appeal the case. The appeal was also denied, which then as far as Sandy Boener was concerned, case closed. She was very defensive and nasty....not customer friendly at all, especially when I had all the information for her proving I did not receive my package. All she cared about was what USPS website said, even though it hadn't been updated. I had to start my own claim with the post office, and after several days and persistent phone calls, the package was finally found and delivered. In each of these calls, I was asked and told that it's normal for the shipper to be the one calling not the receiver, but no one at Dennis Kirk seemed to care or be concerned. #DennisKirk #DennisKirkscustomerserviceneedshelp #thereareotherplacestoorderfrominthefuture #changeyourprotocal
Personally, I had a very good experience with Dennis Kirk.
My purchase was a set of Dunlop tires for my Motorcycle.
I ordered my item on a Sunday and it was estimated to arrive on the following Thursday, but it actually arrived two days earlier on a Tuesday
I could tell that the tires were brand new, because they still had the hairs (vent spews) on them.
Overall I was very happy with my experience
I called to inquire about a part. The lady was unprofessional, rude and unwilling to help. The tone of voice and attitude was unpleasant. I will not be making any further inquiries with this company simply because of the ill mannered customer service. May 16/21 5:45pm. Toronto,Canada.

Bought a set of motorcycle tyres . Rear one is ok , came 1 year old from manufacture , but front one was MORE THAN THREE YEARS OLD from manufacture date. Simply bad practice . Have been riding for over 20 years and first time ever been sold tyres more than 3 years old brand new ! Shocking. Do not ever buy tyres from this shop.
Do not use this company for tires. I just got a set of tires and the tires are over 4 years old. When I called customer service they said they can sell tires up to 6 years old. I have worked in tire stores for years. We do not sell tires on cars over 3 years old, much less on a motorcycle. When I called the "woman" in customer service was rude and offered no apologies or solutions other than they can sell tires up to 6 years old. NEVER AGAIN will they get a penny from me.
Bought a part PAID for next day shipping. it arrived 9 days later. I refused shipment. They didnt refund shipping. I called and asked why they didnt refund shipping. they said "its not guaranteed" and "we aint fedex" How do you not refund when i PAID for next day shipping.. HOW about deniskirk GFYS
Dennis Kirk is a sham... I call once for a return. I get transfered to a guy who claims I been calling all day and threatens to call the cops then hangs up. What the hell is going on over there? No time for those game. They can deal with Visa.
Bought carb rebuild kit $45 plus shipping. Half the parts (orings and gaskets) where unusable due to quality. Called customer service and was offered $10 credit. No returns because I opened the package? How would I know it was a junk part if I can't open it to compair. Stupid.. Will never order again.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered slip on pipes for wife's trike for xmas. They shipped 2 different pipes in the box. Some lady telling me oh newer bikes have different size mid pipes. SURE!! it was written as 2" mouth, got a 2" and 2.5" w t f.
Tech support tries to sell me some hundred and $50 adapter which is completely irrelevant to what the problem is. Finally I gave up and said just give me my damn money. They were just so rude
