From your review, we're not entirely sure what has happened, and unfortunately there isn't enough information for us to identify your experience or investigate the matter properly.
DE Photo provides an optional photography service at sporting events. While admission to an event may be included within an entry fee, photographs are a separate optional purchase (like many other services such as food, drink etc.) and are never included as part of the event entry.

Awful experience - not worth the money or hassle
Awful experience
I paid £40 for a photo with a frame that was broken. When I reached out about the broken frame that I had paid the extra £10 for, I was told I would be refunded for this.
I emailed several times with my details and questioned the whereabouts of the refund as it seemed after agreeing, I was being ignored.
Almost a month later, following several emails that weren't responded to, when I threatened further action if I did not receive the refund, I finally received a response and a refund.
I should not have had to chase excessively for this refund.
I was also told that the refund was a gesture of good will, it's hardly good will to refund for a broken item!
