I had an issue with my booking, and the help desk personnel were prompt and efficient in resolving it.

If I can give 0 stars I would. They have no customer service that actually works. We had an emergency on our trip and needed assistance rescheduling our flight and to see what our options were while we were out of the country. We tried to called destina for two days straight nobody answered to help us

First time dealing with your company. Price was very competitive, tickets arrived on my app. Agent was courteous and helpful. So far all great, will put a comment after my trip.

Canadian customer who does not have international calling ability on his mobile is expected to call Texas to confirm - this is silly and a nuisance. Setup a toll free number or have a Canadian number available. Alternatively communicate via WhatsApp or email should be available

Very easy to book

Flight tickets have been expensive. We keep waiting for flights prices to drop but they have only increaseing with layover times from 8 to 16 hours. Crazy…. Until One of my sights popped up with an amazing deal thru Destina holidays. We choose our flight, input information and in no time our reservation was confirmed and received thru emaj. Needless to say we booked our flight. Destina site was convenient and easy to access. I would highly recommend them.

Easy transaction, clear information, best price BUT after inserting my Mexican credit card information, I had to choose the country and Mexico wasn't available! many countries from different continents but not Mexico?! So I switched the currency and country on the top right of the webpage to Mexico and I got a different price for the same ticket but the increase was almos 400 dollars!!! why is that? I finally deleted the mexican card number and used my US debit card: 1,100 dollars instead of 1,500! Still don't know why that increase!

Affordable and easy to book in minutes

I purchased tickets via a third-party website which led me to Destina Holidays. While I was initially apprehensive (I'd never heard of this company before) I ended up having on of the best flight experiences. A cancelled flight and a rebooking landed me in first class on my way back (thanks Delta!) so this definitely led me to form a rather positive opinion of DH. The representative I spoke to was very communicative and helpful; he informed me that my baggage wasn't included in one of my flights but that he'd try to work something out, and did. I saved 75$ there. Tickets were issued the day of the purchase.

I had two issues with the service. The first was the calling. Shortly after purchasing your tickets, a representative calls you to confirm the purchase. I don't live in the States and my phone plan doesn't include international calls, so I had to purchase an add-on to call them back; that was a hassle. The second was that no pdf of my e-tickets was issued, so while I did technically have tickets, I didn't have them on my phone and always had to wait in line to print my boarding pass. Moreover none of the codes they sent me worked, so that was stressful. Despite that, the flights were all confirmed and booked with the airlines so it all worked out.

Overall, they're legit and I would purchase tickets through them again, but I hope that the two issues I mentioned above will be addressed.
