We had an amazing time!!!! Our trip timeframe for Hawaii was 12 - 18 July. Pita was amazing!!! Every event we attended was such a memorable experience. Thanks so much for the experience.

I had a very good experience during booking process. My consultant Tea was very friendly and helpful and made this process a joy.

The person I booked with answered all my questions and did a great job. We like going on your bus trips we get to see a lot of great places and always learn about the areas we see also.

We couldn't of had a better tour guide as Chad and a bus driver. The tour guide can make a trip or break a trip.

The registration process was quick and professional. Bea got our airline reservations quickly and all travel arrangements were set in less than a day. So happy with how well everything came together.

Everything on this trip was simply perfect.

We had a wonderful Hawaiian experience with YMT Vacations. We were greeted at the airport for pickup in a luxury Coach and transported to our hotel in Waikiki. My initial impression was not that great because the hotel room was dirty when we arrived but that was not necessarily a YMT doing. Thankfully the room issue was quickly resolved.

Our lobby greeting by the YMT Tour Director, Pita Rakuita was informative, warm and friendly. There was a discrepancy in the itineraries promoted, sent and given to travelers from what Pita, our Tour Director had. I was disappointed when we were initially told it was a typo because they do not provide a welcome meal yet everyone on the tour was expecting the paid for welcome meal. Pita did immediately get on the phone to resolve the issue. Initially YMT representatives passed the Buck and no one could make a decision on how to resolve the discrepancy. After too many phone calls, It took several hours for YMT to resolve that issue, but by late dinner time they gave a reasonable solution accompanied by a multitude of apologies.

The remainder of the trip was excellent. The excursions were well planned and organized. We had down time to do some things on our own, there were trips that included everyone ton the group and others that were add-ons and were smaller group size. YMT perfectly timed the volcano tour so that we experienced a live eruption. Pita was great at taking care of everyone and keeping an accurate count ensuring everyone’s safety. On the volcano tour, the access road to a better view was closed due to trade winds. Although our allotted time was up, Pita extended our time because the road that granted closer volcano access was opening. Some who were not able to make the hike to see the volcano were now able to see it first hand because of Pita’s commitment to ensuring that everyone had a positive experience!

They took us to Pearl Harbor, Punalu’u the US’ southernmost bakery, where we were provided a delicious lunch, we went to a black sand beach also in Punalu’u and visited KTA Super Store. While en route we received i formative history lessons about each stop and the areas along the way.

Pita ensured everyone’s safety when we hopped to the next island. He made sure every detail was in order. We packed our bags and left them at the door in our rooms. Pita arranged for the bellman to pick up our bags and the coach driver loaded and unloaded them at the airport. He gave us smooth transition through the airport on to the next island.

Our check-in process could not have been any better. When we arrived at the next hotel we simply had to relax. Check-in was handled for us, bags were taken to our rooms and we only had to go on the elevator and relax.

All of the included meals were tasty and filling. Pita was always readily available and if he didn’t have an answer, he obtained one before the end of day. He provided excellent recommendations for our downtime and exposed us to so much!

It was a great experience but including a luau would have made it perfect. After all, it’s Hawaii. It would have been nice of YMT to also plan something interactive so everyone on the trip could get to know one another. The luau was an add-on and there were different luau options. People did organically interact but some people were shy and seemed to stay to themselves. Otherwise, this was an overall great trip and I must say, Pita was attentive to the group and kept us safe, on track, educated and informed. He had great attention to detail.He left no stone unturned. It was a wonderful experience.

Pita Rakuita was an amazing tour director! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to get within a half mile of the Kilauea eruption-- a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The entire week was wonderful! The booking process went very smoothly and the people I talked to were very helpful.

We just got back from Ireland. Our driver/ guide JJ was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and super
friendly. Our YMT agents were very helpful and prompt getting back to us with any questions. Our trip went by way too fast. Ireland 🇮🇪 is beautiful, you have to go there in person to realize how amazing the country is.

We had a wonderful time with YMT. From the moment we landed on the islands we felt the YMT Ohana spirit. Within 5 minutes of us being on the ground our Tour Director Pita Rakuita was in touch with us. We had 18 of us ages 5-69. The tours around the island were wonderful.
Pita made the trip so seamless. He was so helpful and exemplified a true servants heart. He will be a part of our Ohana for life. We are grateful how helpful he was.

Many great memories were made and many miraculous sights were seen. From the hustle and bustle of Honolulu to the island time vibes of Kona, this trip was truly a week in Paradise.

We couldn't ask for a better tour guide than Pita Rakuita. He was so awesome. Very knowledgeable spent time to answer any questions we had and help us navigate the days and get our tickets squared away on the trip out. Also helped us out at the airport of where to stay cool.
