The soups were great except for the…
The soups were great except for the chicken bone broth. There were 2 of these which surprised me because across 3 days, I was surprised that there wouldn’t be 6 different soup varieties. I usually like chicken broth soup but this had a funny taste which meant I didn’t eat much of the second one on Day 3.

Tasty & healthy food
The food was so so tasty! Loved the 3-Day Protein Reset, will definitely do it again in the future! Delivery was very smooth as well. Highly recommend- nothing really to complain about!

Didn’t enjoy
I didn’t really enjoy the food, you can’t exclude certain foods or swap out meals so there’s a chance you’ll get things you don’t like also the food isn’t labelled when it arrives so you need to look it up on the website to figure out what it is. I asked to stop deliveries (I didn’t ask for a refund just to stop sending the food in the rest of my order to stop food waste) and they said they would but then the rest of the deliveries still came and were wasted

Good if you like eating only tofu
I tried two different type of meal plan. Initially was greta, food tasted great, i lost weight had lots of energy. But recently it’s tofu all day everyday. Some of the dishes are not edible. Unfortunately i will cancel my subscription at the end of it.

If 3 AM deliveries are not ideal, we also offer an evening delivery service or a morning slot of 7:30–10 AM delivery window for an additional fee, which may be more convenient. Less bloating, better skin, more energy
3 days into a 5 day plan, and I am really enjoying the Omnivore Ritual 1 - great tasting food and I feel so much better. Less bloating, better skin, more energy. Am on the 1400-1600 calorie a day program, and due to high volume of fruit and veg, I am not feeling hungry. Delivery and service have been consistent so far. Will be giving it another go!

Nutritious meal plan
The meals are really tasty and nutritious. I could try various vegan proteins I would not have usually.
Overnight delivery ensured that I have my breakfast ready early morning.
Desserts were delicious but the green juice were not my taste. Would be good a meal plan without drinks :)

Tasty healthy food, balanced diet, good service.
Great food, love that someone else is keeping me healthy for four weeks to break old habits and start new. Had a problem with one of my deliveries which was promptly and professionally dealt with. Would definitely recommend. Also enjoying the daily deliveries in the middle of the night ready for me early in the morning. My motivation was healthy eating, the bonus is i'm steadily losing weight.

Overrated, crazy delivery times
Really disappointed with my experience at Detox Kitchen. The meals were so average—nothing special at all, especially considering the price. £54 for a week of meals that didn’t impress me. To top it off, they delivered at 3 AM, even though they texted to say it would arrive between 11 PM and 1 AM. That’s just crazy! If you want a reasonable delivery time, you have to pay an extra £5. Honestly, you’re better off going with Simmer Eats or another meal service. Never again, Detox Kitchen.

Regarding delivery, our overnight service is designed to ensure your meals are fresh and ready for you first thing in the morning. To minimise disruptions, our drivers don’t contact customers during this timeframe unless specifically requested. The driver will also leave the box in the safe space specified by you at the time of ordering, to make the process as seamless as possible. If overnight delivery isn’t convenient, we do offer a 7:30–10 AM delivery window for an additional fee, which some customers find more suitable

I ordered the vegan ritual for 6 days and am now on day 4. I love opening my door every day to a new set of meals and have enjoyed every one. They’re all super fresh and I’m feeling clearer headed and healthier than I have in ages. Already thinking about ordering another week…

I used the meal plan for the first time from Detox Kitchen and was so happy with my experience. The food was delicious - tasty, fresh and varied. I looked forward to every meal!
