Really disappointed with dfs
Really disappointed with dfs, we ordered a 7 day express delivery sofa on 11 july 2026 and up to now we still haven't received the sofa, customer service is rude and now telling us next delivery date is 9 August!
Better to go for the ones that will take weeks to deliver

I have taken a look into your order and can see the furniture is estimated to be due into your local warehouse by Monday 3rd August, once this has arrived we will be able to look into an earlier delivery slot for you. Please be rest assured we will aim to deliver your furniture as soon as possible.

I had a great experience at DFS
I had a great experience at DFS. Neil was so helpful throughout. He was so attentive and listened to us. We managed to pick the right sofa, right colour and the right material for us. I would highly recommend the team at DFS aberdeen.

Ashleigh from your Aberdeen store provided an excellent service, very informative on the products, extremely patient (even after 3 visits with carpet samples, tape measuring everything asked for). Polite sales person
Our sales assistant John was very helpful, made us a coffee, and we sat on a comfy sofa whilst he filled in the paperwork. All in all a pleasant experience.
