Great service from an excellent salesman.
Great service. I was left alone to browse for a while, then Freddie came and introduced himself and helped and advised. He was polite, friendly and very helpful. We reviewed a number of possibilities before I made a final selection, with Freddie offering information throughout. Excellent experience!

We were about to give up and leave when we were eventually approached by a sales person. He was very apologetic and extremely helpful and assisted us with our requirements

While visiting DFS
While visiting DFS, we received amazing customer service. A member of staff named Fred, if I remember correctly, was absolutely outstanding. He was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to show us different products and explained everything we wanted to know about the items in the shop. Their products may not be very cheap, but the quality is great for the value.
If you have the chance to meet Fred, I'm sure you'll be just as impressed with his excellent customer service as we were. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant experience
