One sofa turned up burnt …
One sofa turned up burnt on one corner and the delivery team were basically throwing them around and didn't have the tool to put them together definitely not worth the £159 delivery change you have to pay for

Your staff were all very polite and helpful especially Charlie who went to great lengths to show us how the sofa beds worked and their particular advantages.

Great service from an excellent salesman.
Great service. I was left alone to browse for a while, then Freddie came and introduced himself and helped and advised. He was polite, friendly and very helpful. We reviewed a number of possibilities before I made a final selection, with Freddie offering information throughout. Excellent experience!
