Louise was absolutely fabulous. Not pushy to make a sale at all. She was patient with us as we changed our mind a lot !. She told us how lovely it was to work with her fab colleagues and what a happy store it was. It showed in how great she was. Thank you so much. Amazing service and we've ordered a beautiful sofa.

I was able to walk around and look at…
I was able to walk around and look at item's of interest,without being pestered or distracted.When i had a possible purchase in mind it was easy to signal for attention.
Tim took on board my circumstances and made sure that i was getting what i wanted with no hidden extra's.

We always buy our sofa etc from DFS,quality is first class and the service is second to none. Unfortunately we chose the day their internet was having tantrums,not their fault. The whole process took longer than we bargained for but still over the moon with our purchases and the price. Highly recommended.
