We always buy our sofa etc from DFS,quality is first class and the service is second to none. Unfortunately we chose the day their internet was having tantrums,not their fault. The whole process took longer than we bargained for but still over the moon with our purchases and the price. Highly recommended.

Purchased 2 sofas yesterday from the Barnstaple store. They are so lovely there & we really appreciate they give you time to look around properly. The staff were helpful and laid back without being pushy which is my preferred comms during a sale. All the options were given and the order was checked with me by another colleague before going ahead to make sure of no errors

I was well informed at every stage
I was well informed at every stage, spent time showing me various options and showed me how easy it was to operate the bed of the sofa bed I then purchased.
However it would have been nice to have had the option of buying the foam mattress rather than the spring. Maybe DFS should consider this in the future.
Otherwise excellent service and a lovely cup of latte!
