Ali was great 5*
Ali was great, expert knowledge, no upselling. We even considered some more expensive products but rather than up-sell, he gave us his expert advice and explained why the option we had chosen was in fact better. Kids also enjoyed him making hot chocolates for them. The shop and all staff was welcoming & friendly. No better place to look through a great range of products with highly knowledgeable staff.

Staff member Gary was fantastic and very welcoming. He let us take our time, and was accommodating to our needs. In fact, he knew exactly what we did need!
