Excellent service. Thoroughly explained the whole process on delivery and how to keep the sofa clean.

Sales staff at Carcroft were great and very helpful, but had problems with e-sign documents, it wouldn’t load.

Great service all round. Lauren was great. Not too pushy. Very informative and explained everything. Offered different options but again not too pushy. We were really happy with the service.

Lauren gave excellent Customer Service. She allowed us to ask questions, spend time browsing and above all take our time. She included our autistic son through out the whole process and allowed him to ask questions and make suggestions.

Our experience at DFS at Carcroft was excellent. We were approached by a member of staff when we walked in and advised that we were free to browse and if we needed any help to just ask for advice. We were also offered tea or coffee whilst we were looking around. When we had finally decided which sofa we wanted the sales assistant "Helena" was very polite and super informative. Thanks for a stress free visit.
