Thank you for your response. My disappointment is not only about the warranty decision, but also that I was unaware how sensitive the product was to heat and sunlight before purchase. I have shared my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We do appreciate any feedback and I am really sorry to hear you’re not happy with the coffee table or the service received.
As your items do come with certain warranties when a fault is highlighted our service engineers will aim for a first touch resolution every time. Our service engineers are upholstered by trade and all repairs are done to a factory standard. We would always repair if a fault is found but unfortunately on this occasion no manufacturing fault was found with your coffee table.
We sincerely apologise again for any inconvenience this may cause.

The young lady who served me in store was so pleasant and friendly, without putting any pressure on me!
I’ve forgotten her name but she was pregnant and soon to go on maternity leave!
