Amazing and efficient customer service
We bought a couple sofas from Aaron today, who was very helpful and efficient in processing the order. He got us a good deal for the sofas for our new home that we are very happy with.

Great experience
Went into the Chester showroom today, I’d seen a sofa I’d liked for a while and today was the day to buy. Greg and Tommy were very professional and I felt very comfortable in their presence. Not over selling which is a bonus but I did buy the extra products for peace of mind. Thanks again and looking forward to my new sofa!

Great Service and Products
I had an in-store appointment at Chester and I was very impressed with Aaran who helped me. He was friendly and courteous, taking the time to answer my questions, showing me various options, and also offering information and insight about things that I hadn't considered.
