Absolutely Lovely man who dealt with us enjoyed having a look around for future purchases whilst dad picked his armchair that matched the sofas he brought a couple of months ago

I've spoken to lots of sales staff and looked in different shops. We decided to buy at your Colchester branch because Chris was fantastic and so was Kevin. Chris was so helpful and as i had to change the sofa etc which he emailed to me I had to speak to Kevin to order in time for the Summer Sale. I hope they both get some commission.

Singh listened to my ideas and provided suggestions for the type of sofa unit I was interested in. He was very helpful.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful the moment we walked into the store especially Singh.
We were given plenty of time to look around the store so didn't feel rushed even though it took us a while to find what we were looking for. Once we had made our choice he gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions and made the whole experience stress free.

I purchased my furniture last October great salesman, good coffee, delivery was on time and friendly helpful delivery guys, I noticed on Sunday a dip in the lounger part of my sofa 3 springs had gone, phoned the shop sent a photo via email received a reply with a date for a technician to come and repair, the guy came today fixed the sofa the guy was polite friendly and very tidy, 10/10 DFS
