Tasinah was so wonderfully helpful, I took an age picking the right suite and she worked all prices for me she was knowledgeable on the fabric and leather and which would would suit my household, she's an absolute credit to your company a lovely lady with a warm smile, excellent experience

Excellent service
I was very clear on what I wanted and spoke with a young manager who explained and took her time with helping me choose all options were explained however no pushy sales techniques which I appreciated. The process was checked by two members and that was efficient. All staff were present and worked like a team

A relaxing, non-pressured experience!
We were very impressed with the choice of furniture & cost but felt really comfortable, browsing at our own pace. Dominic was exceptionally good, giving us plenty of advice (& patience!) when needed but also allowing us to look round and discuss things on our own. We're now looking forward to our chairs being delivered.
