I picked up 2 ex-display lamps from DFS in Derby. The service was fast and efficient, the staff member Michael was great and help us make our final choices. Well done keep up the fantastic service.

Tasinah was a huge help when choosing our new sofa, she went above and beyond with us but also our 5 year old daughter. She made such an effort would recommend her 100 times over. If you need anything at all from dfs then ask for Tasinah

We didn't feel under pressure to buy and we was informed of the product in a detailed way
This enabled us to make the decision to buy the furniture
The person who served me and my husband was called Suni and her customer service was really good
Overall my experience was excellent and I'm looking forward to my new furniture

Customer Service in the shop
Customer Service in the shop. Wayne was particularly helpful and thorough in detailing the product being purchased and it's up-keep once delivered. He was patient when i asked questions and seemed to want to fully inform customer of details. Process was easy and didn't feel pressured as some sales people can be a little full on.

It was so nice from start to finish. We just went in to look around and ended up shopping 😭😂🤷🏼 It was a fantastic and very helpful service so definitely will go back but first I need to save up again😂😂🤷🏼
